You can feel what you are doing - dig in your pocket for keys and change or adjust a carburetor. Anyone who has gone down palm first will appreciate the extra padding that in no way limits your dexterity. The Velcro closure on the cuff accommodates the largest jacket and seals tight.
Every time I put these gloves on there is always a brief moment of appreciation... Grateful that someone took the time to design and make something this nice. I flex my fingers inside the soft leather and a little voice inside me says, "It's not too late to be a contender on the racing circuit."
Additional info on insulation: A layer of OUTLAST® lines the entire glove. OUTLAST® is a phase-change material that changes it properties depending on temperature, which gives it an extremely wide temperature range. When your hands are cold, it acts like insulation and keeps heat in. When your hands get hot, it acts as a heat sink and pulls heat away. When used with heated grips, it pulls the heat from the grips and distributes it around your hand. These are the only true insulated gloves that work with heated grips as most insulated gloves insulate you from the heat on the grips. Additionally, the gloves utilize 100 gram Thinsulate Flex insulation on the backside only to help keep the heat in. This makes them very warm but without the bulk of traditional insulated designs.

I have been riding motorcycles since 1969 and have ridden well over 500,000 miles. For the last several years, my hands get very cold due to poor circulation. I have had to wear large bulky electric gloves if I wanted to ride in cold weather. The bad part about those is that your hands will cramp up from having to hold the handlebars with the added bulk of those types of gloves. I read about the Lee Parks PCI gloves in a motorcycle magazine and thought that I would try them. They Work! I have heated grips and the heat now transfers through the palm and around the glove to my knuckles. They are not bulky so my hands no longer cramp and my hands stay warm. These gloves are worth every $$ that I spent for them. I would recommend them to anyone whose hands get cold when riding.
