Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges should be made within 30 days of receipt of the item(s), and we must receive these products in new condition. Inspect item(s) within one week of receipt for any defects and contact us immediately. If the item ordered does not fit properly, or if you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us immediately so we may remedy the problem.
Fox Creek Leather Free Shipping only applies to the original order when applicable. Any additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer including return and exchange shipping. We do not "pad" our shipping fees - you only pay our direct cost.
Items returned in new condition are eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed within 1 business day. Customer is responsible for shipping back to Fox Creek Leather.
Custom made or altered items are not accepted for refund or exchange.
Returns are not accepted on socks or thermal under clothing.
Fox Creek Leather does not accept refused packages. Packages that are returned to us as refused will incur a service charge.
