So I got these 3 days ago. First day nice and soft on the outside, little stiff opening and closing hand. Bit odd feeling around the middle and ring finger where the stitching is. Rained that day didn't have rain gloves with me for when I got off work. Gloves got completely soaked. They are not water proof and don't claim to be. If you want waterproof go to your local grocery store and get a pair of dish washing gloves. They work perfectly and cost nothing. Anyway back to the gloves. Let the gloves dry overnight. Next day put them on got a good stretch out of them. Fit was better. That day was hot and humid. Figured my hands would be good and sweaty after my long ride home. Nope, dry as a bone. Today took off for work and the fit even better. Can't wait to see how well these are fitting in a year. Also how they hold up.
Long Time Review

I have had these gloves for around 5 years. I have rode likely 70-80 thousand miles with these gloves in every condition imaginable from below zero temps to well over 100, a hurricane, torrential rain, harsh sun sleet and hail. These gloves flat hold up to whatever you throw at them.
I have oiled and waxed them on occasion to keep them nice and pliable after extreme rain and sun and there just seems no end to their serviceability. I want a new pair of gloves but can't find a good reason to buy one.
Elkskin Driver Gloves

I was worried about the size I ordered but I took the advice of Fox Creek Leather and ordered the XL size. I took the bike out this last weekend and I have to think this is the finest pair of motorcycle gloves I have ever owned. The deerskin are thinner and good for most riding but I think these elkskin gloves are going to far surpass the deerskin.
super durable and super comfortable

I ordered these gloves back in march, i wanted the deerskin riding gloves but my size was out of stock. I am very satisfied with these gloves, they are thick enough to be worn in rain and even a little snow without feeling cold, and they are very very comfortable. I am definitely ordering more from Fox Creek Leather!
You guys are amazing!

I just received my Elkskin riding gloves. I ordered them on Monday, today is Thursday and I'm in California. Your customer service is second to none. I wear a Summer weight leather jacket most of the time and love it. No doubt the gloves will be in the same category.
Thanks again, and I'll be back.
Quality is the Key

These gloves are simply fantastic quality and amazingly supple. Just like my Fox Creek Leather jacket, these are heavy duty yet comfortable. Just ordered the buffalo nickle leather vest. I really wish Fox Creek would stop sending me emails about sales! Made in America is the best....if we would all try to focus our hard earned money on American made products it would benefit all Americans!
Thanks Fox Creek...I am a very loyal customer!

I purchased these Elkskin gloves a couple of years ago. When they arrived I noticed they were a little tight. After using them on a daily basis, they became very comfortable and are the only gloves I use. I have purchased a few items from your company and have nothing but great praise for your products. It's worth the extra pennies to get a quality American product. Keep up the great work.
Elkskin riding gloves

I just got my elk-skin riding gloves and I am impressed. The leather is butter soft and the stitching is top notch. They fit "like a glove" and are extremely comfortable. These gloves are definitely worth every penny. A great product!
Wicked good glove shipped wicked quick.

OK, I received the gloves two days after they shipped them (and they shipped within an hour of my order), which is entirely too fast. They took all the anticipation out of the process. You see, I waited almost a week to email them to say how much I love the gloves. How they were a little tight, but after only a couple of rides they now fit like a second skin. I waited a week to email them, and the ANTICIPATION that they felt - waiting to receive that email - made the feedback that much sweeter, I'm sure. Still with me?
I wait a week. They choose, however, to fill their orders in an hour, ship them, and have them to the customer in two days. TWO DAYS! I barely had time to look forward to them and BAM! They were here. No time to wonder when OR IF they were coming. No frantic emails to check on the shipping. No angry phone calls to demand satisfaction.
So thanks, Fox Creek Leather People, for taking all the anticipation, anxiety, and headache out of the process of ordering leather products. Without strife and struggle, where's the fun in ordering stuff online? Yeesh! Some people...
Thanks for a Great Product

Ordered these gloves sometime late Saturday night.
Received an email Monday morning saying they had been shipped.
Got home from work today (Wednesday) and the package was waiting in my mailbox. Amazing delivery time...especially to Oklahoma!
As for the gloves themselves, I opened the package and slipped the gloves on. The feel of the leather was great! Knowing how leather stretches and forms to fit, I ordered the gloves to fit a bit tight. I flexed my hands a bit to get the feel for the glove and headed right out on my Road King for a short ride.
Having purchased "inferior" products in the past, I could feel the difference! These gloves are nice and thick but soft enough to give a good feel for the bike controls.
After my ride, I used my favorite leather treatment, Lexol, on them. The leather drank in the conditioner and the gloves seemed to just "relax" and form to my hands.
I cannot wait to do some more riding. I ride literally everyday for work and ride untold miles with my wife. This is my first experience with Fox Creek and with Elkskin leather.
Echoing some of the other comments I've read on your site: "If the craftsmanship of these gloves is indicative of the type of products you make, I see a Fox Creek jacket, some chaps and some winter riding gloves in my future."
