You can customize and select the options you want in your leather motorcycle chaps. Choose the leather thickness, leather color, hardware, size, pockets and trim. In hardware you can choose our authentic US Minted Coin Snaps which are handcrafted right here in Grayson County, VA! Shotgun shells and .45 cal. bullets are made from real, fired rounds that have been cut, filed, and sanded. Then hand soldered to solid brass attachment hardware. Insignia on Brass 12 GA Shotgun Shells could be either WIN AA or WINCHESTER. The size of the pockets are approximately 7" x 9". The zipper pockets are only available with antique silver zippers. The buckles are made of brass except for the Silver option which is stainless steel.
Because we want you to be completely happy with your fit, we may ask you try on an unaltered pair before we make your options/alterations. Since we make them specifically for you, we can't take them back for refund or exchange even if you opt out of the trial process. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Our commitment to quality is reflected in our lifetime warranty for all our men's chaps and women's chaps. This warranty covers snaps, zippers, grommets, and seam work (excluding liners) for the original purchaser.
It does not cover damage due to accidents, neglect, or abuse.
Full grain leather displays range marks and scars that make each item unique; these are not defects but add to the richness and story of the product. The grain of each hide varies, so texture will vary from one item to the next.
If you encounter any issues, please contact us for repair. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to us. For more details, please refer to our lifetime guarantee policy.
Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Build-Your-Own vests and chaps may take up to 2-3 weeks to be shipped.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All international customers are responsible for any additional fees such as brokerage, duties, or taxes.
For International orders, If you choose Elkskin Leather, because it is wildlife leather it will incur an extra $30 handling fee and may experience shipping delays up to 1 week due to required inspections by the US Department of Wildlife.

Returns & Exchanges
Please note that custom orders are made specifically to your measurements and requirements, and therefore, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
You can return the trial item, and once we receive it, we will begin crafting your custom item.
