The Leather Swing Arm Bag (also known as Chopper Bag or Solo Bag) is specifically designed to fit custom bikes. This leather saddlebag is made to attach to the swing arm. It is available in two sizes, regular or wide. The regular is 10" x 14" x 3" and the wide is 10" x 14" x 5". Choose right or left, depending on which side your swing arm is on. Please double check the dimensions before ordering.
Fits all Softail/Fatboy motorcycles unless the license plate is side mounted. We can also order one for you that will fit your V-Rod. Be sure to mention that in the customer notes section when you order. The chopper bag for the V-Rod is the same except for the mounting holes. Based on customer feedback, these bags fit a 2008 Crossbones without having to use brackets or relocate anything. Based on customer feedback, this bag will not fit a 2012 Victory Highball. We have a chart available here that may help you determine if these bags will fit your bike.
You can also see how the Leather Swing Arm Bag fits some customer bikes at our Bags on Bikes page. If you want to have your bike included, please submit your info here.

I just went from a Road Glide to a Fat Boy and needed something to carry a few items. This fits the bill. Quality is great. Should be the last one l need to buy.

Just attached swing arm bag to my bike. Took less than five minutes and looks great! If performance matches looks, I've got a winner! I'll write a follow-up after some road time.

Leather Swing Arm Bag

I purchased the Leather Swing Arm Bag a couple of months ago based on the reviews on this website where all the feedback was 5 stars. When I received it I was not disappointed at all.
The quality is fantastic, the leather is top grade and it is heavy duty, the quick release buckles are great.
Most of all, it looks great on my 2005 Softail. I have gotten a lot of compliments on the bag and I know that some have ordered the bag. After seeing the quality, I decided to see what else I might be interested in and I bought the Leather Travel Bag that included the expandable sissy bar bag, roll bag, and rain cover. Again, very impressed with the quality and the reasonable price at $110. Next will be saddlebags.
I'm Very Impressed

I recently received one of your swing arm bags and I'm very impressed. Your swing arm bag does work with a side mounted license plate, at least with the style I have, which is from Drag Specialties.
I attached a couple of photos of my 2006 Softail Standard which has a side mounted license plate, with your swing arm bag attached.

The leather that this bag is made of is very thick. I was surprised when I first handled it. It has a neat little interior pocket where the leather is doubled up where I put my registration and insurance card. I like how structured the bag feels due to the thickness (It doesn't use plastic for structure like some others). The stitching rivals high quality gun leather. I have no doubt that this bag will serve me well for many years.
I Love Your Products

My bike also has the lever covers from Fox Creek. I love your products, have a pair of your braided chaps and someday will get a "commander".
