The neck liner and sleeve expansions are made from soft, perforated naked leather. My wife and I did a lot of research on leathers before we decided on Fox Creek. I went with the vented racing jacket limited edition for full body coverage, because i did not want the sleeves riding up on my arms when I ride, and the extra length of this jacket did the trick.
When I received my jacket I was surprised at the weight and quality. It was everything Fox Creek said it would be and more. My wife's vented racing jacket was just as amazing. The quality is unbeatable.
My wife and I recommend Full Leathers, Jacket, Chaps and Elkskin Gauntlets Gloves from Fox Creek to anyone who wants the best.....American Made......

The long search is over. I was looking for a robust jacket that fit me and did not break the bank. I am 6'3 tall with very long arms and a slightly long torso. Of all of the jackets I tried this one fit me the best with out getting into a custom size.
I did a lot of research and read a number of positive reviews about the quality of the Fox Creek leather products from various sources. When I saw the Limited Edition Vented Racing Jacket advertised it had all of the features I was looking for and more.
I am pleased with all of the special features of the Limited Edition Jacket like the removable full sleeve Thinsulate® liner with hide-away neck warmer, the two inside pockets, and the perforated leather neck lining.
When I received my jacket I was not disappointed with the craftsmanship of the stitching, thick leather, and most importantly the fit.
Lastly, having lost two jobs due to the companies I worked for moving the work outside the US, I was happy to know that the jacket I purchased was made in the United States.
Keep up the Good Work Fox Creek Leather!

After a long long search and a lot of good money, I have found the jacket I have searched for for 25 years.
I have purchased many jackets with the "dealer brand" on them and have always found flaws in fit or feature. Being 6' 3" its not easy to buy off the rack at most shops as many of you understand. Even if I found a tall size it was always a compromise of fit over function.
When I received my Vented Racing Jacket I fell in love with it right away but swore I would not write a review until I had a few thousand miles with it,under different conditions, as I have been let down before.
Well rest assured, this one is the real deal. It only grew MORE comfortable as time went on. To start with its HEAVY. You feel the protection when you put it on God forbid you would really have to test it, but you KNOW its there. Secondly it felt like I have owned it for 25 years. The collar was stiff for the first 2 or 3 rides but after a application of Montana Pitch Blend Oil, it was like an old reliable ball glove. It is quite warm in cool weather despite not being bulky at all, and quite cool on the hottest day with great venting.
If and when this one ever wears out, I will buy one just like it. Oh and GREAT customer service is a given, trust me as I can be a pain in the......... This is a great American company fully deserving of your support.

Like many other reviewers, I did some research before buying as I wanted the best and Fox Creek delivered. Even after the purchase when I had some slight alterations their service was beyond any other company I have dealt with.
Sadly, I was involved in an accident where a driver did not see me and I was severely injured, nearly dying twice. My helmet -rarely worn- saved my frontal lobe and my Fox Creek Limited Edition jacket kept my upper body from any road rash. As a matter of fact, had it not been for the EMT's needing access to my upper body and (sniff) cutting my jacket open I would still be able to wear it. But the jacket did what it was designed to do.. save my skin.
As soon as I order my new Street Glide, I will be ordering another of these jackets, the finest without doubt.
