Leather Roll Bag attaches securely via a pair of adjustable 1.5" nylon belts, two adjustable Velcro® straps, and three pair of D-rings. An adjustable 1" wide nylon shoulder strap is sewn to the bag for carrying. The bag is padded and lined, and measures about 10" in diameter and 14" wide. Each end has a full-diameter pocket with a mid line Velcro® closure, plus a 4.5" x 7" x 1.5" deep pocket on the front is secured with a magnetic snap. Nylon belt closures are hidden in pockets to help protect them from road grime. The bag comes with a waterproof nylon drawstring bag as well as a heavy waterproof, translucent vinyl zippered liner which fits inside the single compartment perfectly. The vinyl bag is secured inside the leather bag with a Velcro® strip.

Quality Leather Roll 2006-03-08

This is a high quality leather roll with adequate room for a day trip. Has two zippered side pockets. I keep my gloves in one and other small items in the other. I bought a new pair of shoes the other day and to my surprise the whole shoebox fit in this bag :) The only fault I can find with this bag is that the outside pocket that snaps should have a zipper too.

I purchased the Leather Roll Bag in 2007 prior to a trip out west to Oklahoma from Virginia. It was everything I expected it to be. It was good quality, deep enough to use as a day trip bag, and provided ease of use. I use it almost every day when commuting from my home in Gainesville to Washington DC where I work. I would recommend this bag to everyone. My girfriend wants one for her '95 Sportster, so I'll be back to order another one. Keep up the quality work, guys! It IS appreciated!!

Ordered this roll bag and it was shipped the same day. Excellent quality and fits perfect on my FXDL using my mini sissy bar and resting on passenger seat. You can mount this bag anyway you want.Perfect size for day trips or just running around. This is something you can use on any bike.

I purchased the Roll Bag for my Honda Big Rukus 250. The Big Rukus is a fairly new model and no one seems to be making custom accessories yet. I bought this Roll Bag based on its measurements and design. I had looked at a lot of handlebar bags online but none seemed to complement the Rukus attitude and paint scheme. This Roll Bag fit almost perfectly in the Rukus handlebar luggage rack with only a few small adjustments. It does not block the turn signals or headlights. And it looks great! I first took the Big Rukus with its new Roll Bag for a spin around the block with no issues or slippage, and then set out for Monterey with my wife. 135 miles round trip and no issues. And between the Roll Bag and the Rukus rear storage compartment we were able to easily carry everything we needed for a day trip. In town, the Roll Bag is removed easily and is not much of a bother to walk around with.

Awesome Product. I bought this bag to use for my daily commute to and from work. Has plenty of room, I just toss it on my sissy bar and off I go. This bag is well constructed with padding on the inside. The built-in shoulder strap is too small for an average size male, but there are plenty of metal attachment rings where i just clipped one on from another bag I had laying around. This bag is far better than more expansive bags of similar style. Can't beat the price.

This is my third product from Fox Creek: Commander jacket, small leather toolbag and the roll bag. All terrific, useful, well crafted and of very high quality. I described the roll type of bag before I knew it existed and was thrilled to see it on the website....had the bike for three days...got caught in heavy rain three days...if you knew me you wouldn't be surprised....everything I had in there for weekend trip stayed dry...even in the side pockets which are especially handy for often accessed items... can't say enough good things about your company and products....it has been a pleasure.

Nice bag, but... 2008-12-02

The leather is fantastic and looks fantastic and feels as if it will hold up well (and has in the couple winter rain storms I've been through with it so far).

It's bigger than the pictures show and doesn't fit well on my '09 FXD. If I mount it to the handlebars, the speedometer (of this year an model at least) gets in the way and the bag can't hold as much and the front part of the bag hangs over the headlight.

If it's mounted on the forks below the headlight, it will touch off and on, the front fender and can't be lifted any higher of else it will cover the lower part of the headlight.

If I had a front (does anyone make such a thing?) fender bib, I wouldn't worry too much. If I had a rear fender bib, I'd have it sitting where a passenger pillion would be and it'd be perfect for my model bike...right behind the rider seat!

**This is important!!** Be sure to open the box in a warm area and let the leather and the vinyl liner warm up and become flexible. If you don't, the vinyl liner will tear along seams as you're installing it inside the bag.

Overall it's a great bag, but just not right for my particular model Harley *on the front* of it.

This Roll Bag is very high quality. I was very surprised by it's many mounting options as well. It's not a large bag but certainly holds enough stuff for day trips. I have it mounted on my Yamaha VSTAR 1100 Classic and it fits like a glove. If you are looking for a good bag and don't feel like spending hundreds of dollars buy it----you won't be disappointed.
