Geezers Supporting Children

On Sunday, April 19th, the Geezers MC will host the First Annual Poker Run, in recognition of Child Abuse Protection Month. The Geezers Motorcycle Club has agreed to donate the proceeds of the run to support the programs and services of Olive Crest Homes and Services for Abused Children.

Registration is from 8am – 10am at Farmer Boys Restaurant in Riverside Ca. Farmer Boys is located @ 16880 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, Ca. Registration fees are $15.00 per bike, $10.00 per passenger and include a BBQ lunch and live band at the end of the run. In addition, cash prizes will be awarded for the first and second highest and lowest poker hands, as well as raffle prizes and a 50/50 drawing.

Since 1973, Olive Crest Homes and Services for Abused Children has been a leader in providing care for abused, abandoned, and severely neglected children. Today they provide services for children age’s birth through 22 and families through innovative programs including residential homes, foster and adoption, specialized education and family preservation in the Inland Empire Region.

Members of Geezers MC consider themselves fortunate to have this opportunity to partner up with Olive Crest and make a difference in the lives of children.
