Everything You Need In A Pair Of Chaps And Nothing You Don't

I bought a pair of your chaps almost 10 years ago, shortly after I got my first Harley. I'm now on my 3rd Harley, but I'm still wearing that same pair of chaps. They are everything you need in a pair of chaps and nothing you don't. Functional, rugged, durable and attractive. They are head and shoulders above the cheap competition, and in my opinion a much better value than the Harley branded import stuff.

My wife has both a fringed and a plain pair of your chaps and I've steered several of my friends to you over the years. My wife and I have worn your chaps all up and down the east coast, out to Arizona (it's chilly in the desert at night and early morning), Nova Scotia (wore'm all day, every day on that one) and lots of places in between. After almost 10 years, they are starting to look broken in. Literally other than some bug crud and wear around the around the cuffs where they drag while I walk, the things look almost new. If I cleaned them up some, they'd pass for rookie year new.

It's great to have such a great product from an American company, and I take pride that it also a Virginia company. Keep up the good work, and I'll keep recommending you guys to my riding buddies.

Your Customer Service Was Unbelievable

Dear Fox Creek Leather:

Wanted you to know I just finished touring the Alps with one of your classic mc jackets and a set of your chaps. I gave them a nice test, they have some pretty love scratches and came out perfect.

I shopped everywhere looking for American made, high quality cycle clothes and you were the ONLY place. On top of it all, your customer service was unbelievable; I was sized up perfectly (from mere description) and express mailed.

Often I was stopped overseas -- many could not believe such great gear was made in the USA.

Your product is as good as, or better, than any First Gear or H-D product I have; a much better money value, and is made in our country.

Chaps

I received my chaps yesterday (on time), and they are truly great quality chaps. However, what impressed me most is how the company takes pride in their products, and how they do everything possible to ensure their customers get the proper fit. I followed the measuring instructions, but sure enough I made a mistake with the thigh measurement when placing my order. Well, they noticed an oddity with the measurements and to ensure my order was correct they took the time to call me to get the proper sizing. I have never had a company call me about an order to make sure that things were correct. Thanks for the help, and when I need some more leather for the cold days, I will give your company my business again.
