This morning I had another customer e-mail requesting that we explain how we are better than our competitors…Being that I get this a lot, I thought that I would share my thoughts on this question with the rest of you.
I am proud to work at Fox Creek Leather. I really do love my job and the people I work with, and really, most people don’t have that privilege.
We pride ourselves in offering only the best, beautiful, heavy naked leather that is available. Really, we have got some leather in that did not meet our standards and we would not use it for our products. We want our customers to have the best.
Being that our products are American made, we do offer a much higher level of quality than the standard. This gives us the ability to cover our leather clothing line with a lifetime guarantee.
I don’t think I need to mention the excellent, in-house, American customer service from a friendly and knowledgeable staff. We admit that we don’t know it all and if we don’t, we don’t mind investigating the situation, finding an answer, and getting back to you or referring you to someone who can help you.
All these features combines with our no-hassle return and exchange policy speak loudly about who Fox Creek Leather is. If you are not sure, just order the competitor’s jacket and then order the Fox Creek Leather Jacket, lay them all out side by side and compare. Try them on. Ride around the block. Then send back the one you don’t want to keep. We are pretty confident that you will be keeping ours, but if not, we will issue a full refund.

I have bought a few junk jackets in the past because it was all I could afford. I am saving up for one of your classic 1 jackets. I can’t believe the quality you cansee right in the pictures. I have asked around and everyone says if you want the best it’s your product. My fear is I won’t order the right size and end up with my sleeves riding up like my other junk foreign jackets. I am starting to think riders in Pakistan have very short arms. Anyway some tips on ordering the right size jacket would be appreciated. Also money is tight right now so do you have any blemished classic 1 jackets on sale. Thanks Jim K

When I buy something sight unseen over the internet I shop around until I can shop no more. I beat it to death before I whip out that plastic. Trust me, there is no better bang for the buck ANYWHERE.

I purchased my jacket 3 years ago. It still looks new and is the best leather jacket I have ever seen, let alone own. Every time I put my jacket on and feel the weight of the jacket, it reminds me of the high quality, thickness and safety features the jacket has. I have never had anyone hand me my jacket or just touching it not ask me where I purchased it.
You have a great product.

The only leather on my bike is Fox Creek, except for a tank bib from Peaceful Cruzin, and it would be from Fox Creek if they had one. My chaps and next jacket are/will be from Fox Creek.
Can’t beat the product or the service.

I had written sooner, about a month ago, but somehow I lost the Customer Comments form, before I finished and sent it - life being as it often is, I didn’t get back to you, uhtil now.
It’s really important that I get a chance to do whatever I can to thank you, personally, Scarlett, for the phenomenal help you have been to me, and to help let others know - Your products, AND YOU, and your expertise are BEAUTIFULLY overwhelming!
Not only did you, sharing your expertise in our exchange of emails about my leather conditioning problem/project make ME! feel like I leaned a LOT - and I could help restore / protect my own leathers, better -
But the product, (Montana Pitch, Mink Oil and Beeswax Leather Conditioner) performed a transformation to a friend’s old trash-bin worthy, beaten up wreck of an old flight jacket, into a jacket SO beautiful, everyone is asking him if he “… finally got a new one”!
And when there arose a packaging question, your speed to resolve it, and your absolute willingness to resolve it, is a model to EVERY company out there!
I want everyone to know what a JOY it is to know you, your business and your products.
I’m doing what I can, to make the world of leather, even if it isn’t all black! (belts, wallets, purses! etc.) a better place - I’m spreading the word about FoxCreek Leather for you, in Wisconsin, one new customer at a time; just 2 so far, but I’ll keep it up. … You, Scarlett, are a GEM!

PS. THere is a Harley factory up here, in Tomahawk, WI, which is just 35 miles north and it hosts a BIG Harley rally every summer - 10,000 bikers flood this little town of only about 3,000 people - If you don’t yet, I hope Fox Creek Leather makes it’s presence known there.
If I can help, information or more, just let me know? - and, I have been in outside sales for years! There are other BIG bike ralleys, focusing on Wausau, WI - just don’t want Fox Creek Leathers to miss out!

The high resolution photo’s of the Classic I jacket are very nice. It helped me decide that that is indeed the jacket I will be buying in 2 weeks. Just wish Fox Creek had a canadian factory, the shipping and duty charges are going to ammount to 1/4 of the jackets overall cost. It’s the only thing that makes me cringe.
