I've done a lot of web shopping so I wasn't too nervous about ordering from someone new, but I never expected this: great customer service and unsurpassed products! We placed the order via web on a Thursday, and it arrived the following Monday. Nobody can beat that turn around, and all without extra shipping charges! It was the leathers, though, that sealed the deal. Perfect fit, great style, and the quality of the leather was the best I've ever seen! And the price is right too. Your jackets cost almost the same as the Schott jackets we bought 17 years ago!

All The Right Bits In All The Right Places
Received my jacket from the post office yesterday. On lifting it out of the box for the first time I was struck by the fine feel of a beautifully prepared garment. The attention to detail is of a very high order. It fits well and still gives me that relaxed feel. Something I wanted but was a bit unsure about getting it. It has all the right bits in all the right places. The vents are brilliant and the pockets are indeed just right and have come up to expectations. I could have bought cheaper in this country.........but I`m glad I gave you the business. I look forward to wearing it for the rest of my life. Thanks for all the on-line help,

Your Customer Service Was Unbelievable
Dear Fox Creek Leather:
Wanted you to know I just finished touring the Alps with one of your classic mc jackets and a set of your chaps. I gave them a nice test, they have some pretty love scratches and came out perfect.
I shopped everywhere looking for American made, high quality cycle clothes and you were the ONLY place. On top of it all, your customer service was unbelievable; I was sized up perfectly (from mere description) and express mailed.
Often I was stopped overseas -- many could not believe such great gear was made in the USA.
Your product is as good as, or better, than any First Gear or H-D product I have; a much better money value, and is made in our country.

Best Product Ever
About a year ago my wife found your web site on line and I bought her a vest and jacket, after seeing the quality of those, I decided to get myself a jacket from your company. I chose the two-toned dual vented racing jacket. You offer it in black and brown, but I wanted it to match my bike so I asked you if you could make me one in black and red. You said sure, sent me a try-on with a sample of the red leather. After receiving the try-on, I called and we worked out what changes had to be made and you set out to make my jacket. When I received the jacket I fell in love. It was beautiful, and fit like a glove. When I wear it in the heat of 88-degrees it is cool and comfortable and when I wear it in the cold it is warm. When people see me in it they are amazed and ask where I got such a beautiful jacket and I proudly tell them, Fox Creek Leather. Your company not only makes beautiful products but are a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work, next will be chaps!

The Nicest Jacket I've Owned
Received the jacket about two weeks ago, this has got to be the nicest jacket I've owned to date. You will not mistake this one for some import. Heavy leather construction, brass zippers and snaps, my son will be wearing this long after I'm gone. The customer service was excellent, it took about four tries to get a fit I was happy with. Free shipping and a more than cooperative staff made this a first rate buying experience.

Nicest Jacket I've Ever Owned...
I took delivery of my Classic II around the first of September when the weather was still warm. My brother had convinced me to start wearing leather if I was going to continue to commute on my cruiser, that it was just a matter of time before I'd be needing thicker skin. The jacket is the nicest piece of apparel I own. The leather is soft and thick and fits like a glove. The venting made the jacket comfortable even on 85+ degree days, and now that the weather is cooler, it handles the mid 40s morning temperatures with just a long sleeve shirt. Thanks for producing such a fine product. Also, as of this writing, I haven't gone down.
