I ordered a pair of chaps. Measured and sent in my order. I had tried your chaps on 2 or 3 years ago at the bike show in ATL. I love leather and these were it. When I finally said I wanted real chaps and not the $99 Pakistani crap I'd been wearing. The first pair came and they fit like a glove. When I went to buckle them they wouldn't fit my big ass. That's what you get when you have an amateur measuring. Another 4 days my new pair came, XL. Now I don't even wear an XL shirt. Needless to say Miss Scarlett was the unlucky one to get my next phone call. I wasn't rude just extremely disappointed. I just don't do clown pants. To make a long story short in 15 minuets later Miss. Scarlett personally found what I needed, next day aired them to me and all is well in Hooville. Thank you so much for the service and care you and your company were willing to go through to make it "juuust right". Miss Scarlett, you rock girl. Love you long time.

Vented Reflector Jacket
After doing much research and reading testimonials on various web sites, I decided to place my order via the internet. I ordered the Vented Reflector Jacket from the big and tall sections. I placed this order on Oct.25th, the next day I received a phone call from Ashley of Fox Creek. Ashley asked some questions regarding my measurements, and suggested a larger size than the one I ordered. I was a little apprehensive going with the larger size, thinking it will be too large. Ashley assured me that, if there were any problems upon arrival, I could send it back for another size. Knowing that they are the experts in their field, I agreed to Ashley's recommendation. Living here in Canada, I am used to waiting several weeks for packages to arrive from the USA. On Nov.1st, I received my Vented Reflector Jacket....WOW!!! I quickly opened the box and put on the jacket, it fit like a glove! I could have sworn that this jacket was tailor made to me! Thank you Ashley, for recommending the larger size!! I could not believe the weight of the jacket, which in my opinion, is a good indicator of the quality. The quality and craftsmanship is far superior than, any previous bike jackets that I have had.
I decided to put the jacket to the test and go for a ride. Here in Canada, it was a cold morning at 32 degrees, as I reached highway speed the jacket was keeping me warm and the neck warmer (awesome idea) provided me with that extra warmth!! I decided to ride to Niagara Falls and did so without my upper body being cold at all!! I highly recommend Fox Creek Leather! From customer service to end product, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Fox Creek, for selling me an outstanding jacket, I look forward to years of great use. I will be recommending Fox Creek to all my riding friends!

WHAT A JACKET !!!!!!
In March this year I purchased a 2007 Triumph America, and had been looking for a nice Leather Jacket.
I couldn't find anything here in New Zealand that not only looked good but was also made of good quality leather - then I found the Fox Creek Website.
I had never bought online from overseas before, so was prepared for some real hassles and delays. I couldn't have been more wrong.
The jacket arrived in perfect condition, with excellent leather, a great fit and very fast delivery.All my friends are trying to steal it from me now, so thanks very much Fox Creek - all the way from Mount Taranaki here in Stratford, New Plymouth, New Zealand.

Hi Ashley, Paul, and other unnamed staff at Fox Creek,
I buy (and occasionally sell) a fair number of things on the Internet, and have done so for more than a decade. I also work for an Internet Service Provider and consider myself well versed both as a consumer and from a customer service perspective.
In all of those years I have never come across such a consistent high level of customer response from various departments of a single business. I feel as though I could just walk out of my office and across the floor to talk to someone from Fox Creek! If there ever were any niggling doubts about my purchase they have been completely assuaged. My anticipation level has risen and the wait will be harder now!

I wanted to email and let you know that I received my jacket from you a few weeks ago and it's perfect! It fits like a custom jacket should. I had written sooner, about a month ago, but somehow I lost the Customer Comments form, before I finished and sent it - life being as it often is, I didn't get back to you, until now.
It's really important that I get a chance to do whatever I can to thank you, personally, Scarlett, for the phenomenal help you have been to me, and to help let others know - Your products, AND YOU, and your expertise are BEAUTIFULLY overwhelming!
Not only did you, sharing your expertise in our exchange of emails about my leather conditioning problem/project make ME! feel like I leaned a LOT - and I could help restore / protect my own leathers, better - But the product, (Montana Pitch, Mink Oil and Beeswax Leather Conditioner) performed a transformation to a friend's old trash-bin worthy, beaten up wreck of an old flight jacket, into a jacket SO beautiful, everyone is asking him if he "... finally got a new one"!
And when there arose a packaging question, your speed to resolve it, and your absolute willingness to resolve it, is a model to EVERY company out there!
I want everyone to know what a JOY it is to know you, your business and your products. I'm doing what I can, to make the world of leather, even if it isn't all black! (belts, wallets, purses! etc.) a better place - I'm spreading the word about Fox Creek Leather for you, in Wisconsin, one new customer at a time; just 2 so far, but I'll keep it up. ... Here is a Harley factory up here, in Tomahawk, WI, which is just 35 miles north and it hosts a BIG Harley rally every summer - 10,000 bikers flood this little town of only about 3,000 people - If you don't yet, I hope Fox Creek Leather makes it's presence known there.

WONDERFUL Customer Service
I had ordered a set of Vest Extenders, and accidentally ordered black, and not silver. I called, and you immediately sent out the silver extenders, without x-tra charge! I want to make sure you received the black ones back, and also to say THANK YOU for having such WONDERFUL customer service!! Not too many companies today, would send out an additional shipment, (especially when the original error was 100% my fault), and not charge the customer, and trust them to just return the item!

I am writing this letter to express my sincere thanks to Scarlett for all her help regarding an order I placed at your display at the 2005 Harley-Davidson Open House in York, Pennsylvania September 22nd - 24th. I had purchased a braided vest on Friday and decided to go back on Saturday. I was interested in a pair of chaps but could not find the correct size. The girl that was working at the booth said that I could order the appropriate size so I placed the order. A few weeks later I received my credit card bill but still didn't have the chaps. I placed a call to Scarlett and she not only found a pair of chaps that fit, mailed them promptly and send me some Montana Leather care products to make up for the shipping amount charged to me in error. I can't say enough about how helpful Scarlett has been. Also the chaps are great riding to work on my bike during the cool autumn mornings. Thanks again.

Thank you for such a great product
I received a gift certificate to Fox Creek Leather for a pair of leather chaps for my birthday. I had a sizing issue and had to send them back for a smaller size. The woman who took my phone call was a nice as they come and extremely helpful. I just wanted to say thank you for such a great product and over the top customer service. The quality of your products is amazing. I also purchased a tool bag for my big bad Honda Rebel :) I just rode home from Myrtle Beach bike week and rode 30 miles in the pouring rain. Not a thing got wet. Who knew there was leather this good out there when you get so used to seeing the cheap imitation stuff. I will be sure to pass the word on what a great company you have. Scarlett, you are the bomb! Thank you for all of your attention and quick response. Most especially in getting UPS to forward my chaps to the new address I forgot to give you! You could have got upset about that and shown an attitude in your e-mails, but you chose to be 110% in customer service! I will recommend you to anyone, when it comes to chance in a conversation.
