I don't usually leave any kind of feedback or compliments but I thought you guys deserved it. I bought some of your gear a year ago and am coming back to get some more because you are the best there is.
I was deployed to Iraq last year and bought a new Harley while I was there. I couldn't wait to get home and hit the road on leave. I couldn't just ride off in some jeans and a t-shirt though so I bought a pair of chaps and a vest from your site. It took a little longer to order from your site than most but only because someone contacted me to make sure I was ordering the right size! I mean really, who actually cares what someone buys as long as you sell it right? I guess you guys care! After some discussion I went with a different size pair of chaps and they fit perfectly.
On to the real testimony, I spent 22 days and 8000 miles on the road trip and my gear was still in great condition. I only mention this because my riding buddy bought some chaps from Harley and they were losing buttons at about day 7 or so and they were more expensive.
A few months later I had an unscheduled meeting with a stretch of concrete and slid about 30 feet on my left leg. I got up dusted of the bike and chaps and rode on. I now have around 20,000 miles on my bike in less than a year and I am using the same chaps and vest. No missing buttons or seams unraveling. You have really earned some respect from me for your gear and your customer service. I really wish I could remember that lady's name that was so helpful. Anyway, enough about me, I'm going to buy some more leather today and keep spreading the word that your the best around.

Very Pleased
I am a rookie biker -- my boyfriend is a long time biker -- once I was on the back of his bike -- I fell in love with it! It was time to find a jacket. Being an experienced shopper I spent quite a bit of time and found FoxCreek Leather -- I read everything I could and became very excited. Called and spoke with Scarlett, very helpful, she actually had people in the office try on sizes while I was on hold -- totally cool. The jacket arrived two days later which was awesome.
My very anal boyfriend was determined to prove to me that buying something over the internet without looking at it was just not a smart move. After slowing, quietly inspecting every zipper, pocket, the lining, quality of the leather and the fit (I had to cross my arms like 3 times!) He smiled raised his eyebrows and said "this is a really nice jacket and worth every penny" Whoa. Scarlett was dead on with the size, I was confident that if I needed a different size -- there wouldn't be any problems. Very, very happy -- if anyone is looking for a jacket -- this is the place -- don't waste your time looking any further.

Friendly, Responsive, and Timely Customer Service
I originally ordered a size L pair of gloves and immediately realized when I received them that they were too small. The question then became, 'Do I order and XL or XXL pair.'
Ashley solved the problem by responding to my email query with an offer to send me both the XL and XXL sizes so I could try on both pairs. (I chose the XL.)
Seldom have I experienced such friendly, responsive, and timely customer service. I look forward to doing additional business with Fox Creek Leather.

Can't get enough!
I bought my vented racing jacket in 2006, when I bought my first Harley Davidson, a 2006 XL1200 Sporty. I got one (a matchting vented racing jacket) for my then girlfriend (turns out she wasn't my friend after all!). Since then I've had nothing but appraisals on how nice this jacket is. The fact it's made in the USA is awesome, the Lifetime Warranty (everyone likes the way the warranty says knife fights aren't covered), the WEIGHT of the jacket because of the THICKNESS of the leather, man, I could go on. I have been and will continue to be one of the many, I'm sure, who will give you, Fox Creek Leather, some of the best free advertising anyone could ever hope for. Sadly, I had to part with my bike (my "ex" friend was the chief cause) but NOT the jacket. I believe it will be with me for a long time. One more thing, when I called I don't remember with whom I spoke with, undoubtedly one of your family members, and they were extremely patient with my questions, as well as very friendly. I recently placed an order online, thinking that it would be the perfect gift. A large truckers wallet. Little did I know that when my boyfriend had come home, his old beat up stretched wallet was the smaller version of what I just has ordered. In a panic I began to say such things as "you need a bigger wallet my dear" and when his response was "no, this one is just the size I like" I began to panic. How could I place an order not knowing exactly what I should have gotten?. Is there any way to change it? The store is closed, what can possibly be done about this?
To wake up this morning, and go on to foxcreekleather.com and find a "live chat" button was a huge surprise. With-in minutes of clicking on this button, I had my order changed from a large wallet to a small wallet and was told that the difference would be mailed to me.
What a big change, from companies that usually say "once the orders in, its in, no changes" then to "let me just see what I can do for you ....... yes, No problem. It's been changed" is just amazing.
I have not dealt with this company before, but if I ever need any more leather products, this would be the company to go to.

Fantastic product, I received my two belts just 3 day's after ordering. They are exactly what I was looking for, great product, USA MADE of course, and at a great price. You can't find quality like this at the shopping mall. I've been looking for over 6 months for belts made in the USA and all I can find in the local stores are China belts, well that's where they can stay. I showed my belt's to some co-workers who also appreciate American made products and Fox Creek Leather will be getting some more orders. Thanks Fox Creek.
P.S. We as consumers have the power to make our stores sell
American, if it's imported(China)leave it on the shelf!!! When the product stops selling, the stores will stop stocking.....Think before you buy! (BUY AMERICAN) After all it's where you live.

Exceptional International Service
I live in Australia and had a lot of trouble finding a motorcycle jacket of extremely high quality that fit correctly so I was very happy to find Fox Creek Leather. In addition, leather goods here (regardless of quality) tend to be extremely expensive so I was happy to see the very reasonable prices on the Fox Creek site. Although this company appeared to be very highly regarded, however, I was a little worried about ordering a jacket on the internet, as I was concerned about getting the correct fit; after receiving the jacket, I could not be happier that I "risked" buying online!
Before placing the order, I emailed the company to ask for a recommendation about the size - something that almost every testimonial on the site agreed was essential. I was extremely impressed when I received a reply from Scarlett the next day with the recommendation and when I emailed her to thank her, received a short email saying 'you're welcome.' I realize it might sound strange to be so impressed by something totally usual and normal, but I have found that this kind of courtesy is very rare and feel that it is worth mentioning, particularly from an online company.
So I already had a very favorable impression of the company when I placed the order on January 22. This was only reinforced when I received an email confirmation on the 23rd informing me that my package had been shipped, and actually received the jacket on January 28th. This also was remarkable to me as I have never received my orders so quickly, and rarely have they been shipped the day after the order was placed. Not only that but the jacket fits perfectly (it is now the only garment I own that fits correctly over my bust and shoulders without being way too big around the waist). I cannot stress enough how exceptional the service is; I would recommend this company to anyone interested in motorcycle gear and I will definitely continue to purchase from Fox Creek Leather.

Vented racing jacket
I recently purchased the vented jacket, chaps, deerskin gauntlets, short deerskins, and a buffalo vest. I was hesitant at first in dealing with an unknown company over the Internet, but let me assure anybody that is considering a purchase that this is a top notch company that has great customer service and first rate leather goods.
My jacket had to be custom made due to the sizing. It took a few tries to finalize the fit, but the end product is outstanding!!! All the girls at Fox Creek that I dealt with were outstanding in their level of customer service and understanding.
I have received many compliments on the style and quality of my leathers and will continue to purchase from this great company.

I ordered a pair of chaps. Measured and sent in my order. I had tried your chaps on 2 or 3 years ago at the bike show in ATL. I love leather and these were it. When I finally said I wanted real chaps and not the $99 Pakistani crap I'd been wearing. The first pair came and they fit like a glove. When I went to buckle them they wouldn't fit my big ass. That's what you get when you have an amateur measuring. Another 4 days my new pair came, XL. Now I don't even wear an XL shirt. Needless to say Miss Scarlett was the unlucky one to get my next phone call. I wasn't rude just extremely disappointed. I just don't do clown pants. To make a long story short in 15 minuets later Miss. Scarlett personally found what I needed, next day aired them to me and all is well in Hooville. Thank you so much for the service and care you and your company were willing to go through to make it "juuust right". Miss Scarlett, you rock girl. Love you long time.

Vented Reflector Jacket
After doing much research and reading testimonials on various web sites, I decided to place my order via the internet. I ordered the Vented Reflector Jacket from the big and tall sections. I placed this order on Oct.25th, the next day I received a phone call from Ashley of Fox Creek. Ashley asked some questions regarding my measurements, and suggested a larger size than the one I ordered. I was a little apprehensive going with the larger size, thinking it will be too large. Ashley assured me that, if there were any problems upon arrival, I could send it back for another size. Knowing that they are the experts in their field, I agreed to Ashley's recommendation. Living here in Canada, I am used to waiting several weeks for packages to arrive from the USA. On Nov.1st, I received my Vented Reflector Jacket....WOW!!! I quickly opened the box and put on the jacket, it fit like a glove! I could have sworn that this jacket was tailor made to me! Thank you Ashley, for recommending the larger size!! I could not believe the weight of the jacket, which in my opinion, is a good indicator of the quality. The quality and craftsmanship is far superior than, any previous bike jackets that I have had.
I decided to put the jacket to the test and go for a ride. Here in Canada, it was a cold morning at 32 degrees, as I reached highway speed the jacket was keeping me warm and the neck warmer (awesome idea) provided me with that extra warmth!! I decided to ride to Niagara Falls and did so without my upper body being cold at all!! I highly recommend Fox Creek Leather! From customer service to end product, you will not be disappointed! WHAT A JACKET !!!!!!
In March this year I purchased a 2007 Triumph America, and had been looking for a nice Leather Jacket.
I couldn't find anything here in New Zealand that not only looked good but was also made of good quality leather - then I found the Fox Creek Website.
I had never bought online from overseas before, so was prepared for some real hassles and delays. I couldn't have been more wrong.
