E-mail this ProductThe same as our plain two-peice front chaps except with fringe along the side and braid detail on the yoke. The fringe sheds water well (that's why it was invented) and the chaps provide great protection from the road and the elements. Chaps snap down at the bottom to keep the zipper from riding up.
We offer our leather motorcycle chaps in 130 different size combinations in order to accommodate the majority of people for whom a standard size does not fit (an M waist and a M thigh would be a standard size, the only thing available in most shops). We have found that most women and many men, especially weight lifters, take a combination size in chaps (for example an L waist and an XL thigh is common).
Chaps come in three lengths: Regular, Long and Extra Long (XLong). Your outseam measurement determines which length you will receive. You may have to trim your chaps slightly to get the exact length you want.

My Fringe & Braid Chaps, 2003-03-13

I bought a pair of your chaps almost 10 years ago, shortly after I got my first Harley. I'm now on my 3rd Harley, but I'm still wearing that same pair of chaps. They are everything you need in a pair of chaps and nothing you don't. Functional, rugged, durable and attractive. They are head and shoulders above the cheap competition, and in my opinion a much better value than the Harley branded import stuff.
My wife has both a fringed and a plain pair of your chaps and I've steered several of my friends to you over the years. My wife and I have worn your chaps all up and down the east coast, out to Arizona (it's chilly in the desert at night and early morning), Nova Scotia (wore'm all day, every day on that one) and lots of places in between. After almost 10 years, they are starting to look broken in. Literally other than some bug crud and wear around the around the cuffs where they drag while I walk, the things look almost new. If I cleaned them up some, they'd pass for rookie year new.
It's great to have such a great product FROM an American company, and I take pride that it also a Virginia company. Keep up the good work, and I'll keep recommending you guys to my riding buddies.
