Fits '09 deluxe FLSTN, low profile windshield, which I cut three inches off the top to give a lower look , The bag is small , soft , and not hard with a nice feel to it. The 10" bag would be to large, it's a good fit , very happy , and the price, shop around you won't fine a better deal for your money. And let's not forget , made in USA.
