The Men's Two Tone Braided Buffalo Nickel Vest is made out of 1.4 to 1.6 mm leather. Two vertical brown panels run down the front of the motorcycle vest. On the back of the motorcycle vest the top and bottom panels are brown. Braid trim is located under the front pockets, in an arch across the back and in a V parallel to the front snaps. The coins on this leather vest are genuine US buffalo nickels. The Men's Two Tone Braided Buffalo Nickel Vest features a generous 6" x 8" inside left leather lined gun pocket with hidden gun barrel pouch. The gun pocket is designed to fit up to a .45 caliber pistol. This motorcycle vest also has an interior right breast pocket and two 6" x 6" open exterior pockets.

The fit is excellent. Laced sides allow you to taper the motorcycle vest to your body, let it out to accommodate layering, or fit the vest over your motorcycle jacket. The workmanship is impeccable and the vest has a lifetime guarantee.

Just received my vest and can easily say there is no comparison to anything else I have looked at. This is not made in Korea, China, or any other country who pays their workers in chickens and goats milk, (I do count my blessings). This is the first and last leather vest I will buy. The quality is what will have me coming back for more Foxcreek leather. You guys are the Armani of leather! Keep up the good work.

What Real Leather Really Is -- 2005-11-15

I bought this vest and got it just before Sturgis 2005 after a few emails and some sizing help from the great Fox Creek staff (listen to them if you email - I usually wear a medium, my vest has a tag that reads small but the fit is perfect, just like they promised).

I\'d heard about Fox Creek on some web forums and liked the idea of being able to get US made leather. I was expecting to open the box and find a nice vest -- but I found a spectacular vest. Heavy, rich leather that actually smells like it should. First-class workmanship. Every detail is right, the braiding is correct, snaps are set where they really work, etc.

Fox Creek could charge twice as much (but I\'m glad they don\'t). This vest reminds me of the workmanship that I used to see years ago, and I thought no one was making anymore. I\'ve been wearing a leather vest and riding Harleys since 1981 -- this vest is the best I\'ve ever had. I figure it may be my last vest because it\'s made like it will just not wear out.

I have about 5,000 miles on my vest now. Through heavy rain in the Black Hills, heat in the badlands and a few beers spilled, it looks just like new.

I can\'t say enough good about Fox Creek quality. Any time I need leather, Fox Creek will get my business.

I received my first order from your company today and wanted to express my overwhelming surprise on the Quality of my new Braided Two-tone Nickel Vest. I have never bought on-line before and only tried it because of another happy customer told me about your quality. In my business as an engraver I must be exact on all my products. I must admit that I tried to find a flaw somewhere and failed. I asked my wife to take a hard look also and she came to the same conclusion, It\'s PERFECT! Absolutely top notch. Heavy, soft leather with perfect seams! Chest measurement and the fit were 'right on". Ordered on a Thurs. and shipment arrived as indicated the following Wed. The look is stunning and have already had compliments the first time it was worn.

This is the best looking vest I have ever had or seen. Bought it for a motorcycle rally and not one person that passed by me, passed without commenting about how nice of a vest it was.

It gives a whole new look to the biker, since then I have gone to the two-tone brown/black image, in my clothing and on my bike. I had a tank bib and saddlebags made in two-tone to match my vest, along with my brown chaps.

The western looking biker image is in the making.

In June 2007 I purchased my Braided, Two-Tone Nickel Vest. It's quality and detail are superior to anything that I've looked at before or since. I love the nickel snaps and the pistol pocket.

I feel especially pleased that this quality garments is a product of the USA.

Whether I'm ridin' or stridin', my vest is a new companion, which like a friend, will overtime acquiesce and forgive.

After all this time of looking at this vest on-line, I was finally able to obtain it. I could not be happier. It is everything I hoped it would be.

From the moment I received the vest, I have worn it. The leather, stitching and fit are perfect. I ordered a 46 even though I measure 48. The laces adjusted perfectly and fit like it was custom made.

I have had a few comments from the club I ride with and I instantly tell them where I got it. You can not beat this vest for value. The price of this vest is half of what you would pay for in some of those expensive name brand bike shops and the Fox Creek Leather Vest is American Made and of the same if not better quality. Thank you for a great product.

Having ridden motorcycles for over 40 years you can imagine the amount of riding leathers, leather jackets and vests etc I've accumulated over the years as Janet, my wife, often reminds me (she also rides a Harley).

I thought I'd seen the best the leather industry had to offer, but discovering the Fox Creek Leather web-site recently, I obviously hadn't. I must admit I was surprised how good the clothing and the quality looked, explaining to Janet "I really think I need another vest." So I immediately sent off for the Classic Vest. When it arrived, I was so knocked out by not only the quality but by the craftsmanship that went into the making of the item. So I sent off for another vest! This time the Braided Two-tone Nickel.

It arrived, and again fantastic quality.

I'm not sure where all this is going to lead (probably a divorce) ... just kidding! Janet thinks they are beautiful.

We all have favorite jackets and the like, they become part of us. They have shared various missions, good and bad and that's what makes these personal things special. That's why the folk at Fox Creek Leather understand and care about what they are doing.

I ordered the Braided two-tone nickel vest and expected a good quality product for the price that I paid, when it arrived and I opened the box-WOW-what I received was and outstanding quality, made in the USA vest that I am proud to be wearing.

Today was the first day that I wore it while out to a local community function and people came up to me all day asking about it, making comments about how good it looked and were did I get it and so forth.
