Men's Classic Motorcycle Jackets are the most emotionally volatile and historically rich leather jackets we have. When I put one on I can't decide if I am going to ride a motorcycle, vandalize a town or give someone a ticket. Like any piece of great art it means different things to different people.
In 1953 at the age of seven, inspired by Marlon Brando in "The Wild One", I asked my parents if I could get a Men's Classic Motorcycle Jacket I. I did not understand the social implications of this leather motorcycle jacket. My mother looked at me like I had asked her if I could cannibalize my infant brother. She began to cry softly, ashamed that I was drawn to such evil.
I went on to become a small time juvenile delinquent and performed many reprehensible acts but none of them elicited the reaction this simple request did.
In addition to parental alienation, the leather jacket is well suited for motorcycle riding. It's cut extra long in the back with a padded kidney panel. Dual front and rear vents move the air easily through a mesh shell while an internal wind flap stops it cold at the zipper. A zip out full sleeve Thinsulate® liner completes the climate control package.
Side lacing enables you to contour the motorcycle jacket to your body and an inside snap pocket is set in the leather facing where it won't rip out. Leather is 1.4 to 1.6 mm soft, thick and supple with a dull luster.
The difference between the Men's Classic Motorcycle Jacket I and Men's Classic Motorcycle Jacket II is that the Men's Classic Motorcycle Jacket I has a watch pocket and breast pocket on the left side and a half belt in front. Outside of that they are the same leather jacket.

All of you went above and beyond. . .not to mention the jacket is absolutely awesome! Beyond what I expected. Thanks again and I highly recommend Fox Creek and your jackets, y'all are the best!

I just wanted to state that once you buy a Fox Creek jacket nothing else on the market even comes close! The fit, finish, and quality of their products are second to none.
The one fact that other folks have mentioned took me surprise as well: the weight. This coat is the Mac Daddy of leather jackets. I have been riding since I was a teenager and have very rarely come across something of this caliber that was not full blown custom work, (Which by the way Fox Creek will do for you as well).
After having moved to ND 16 years ago I can testify that this jacket keeps you warm and actually blocks all of the wind.
The customer service Fox Creek provides is also top notch and above all reproach from any competitors. With that being stated and along with the superior quality of their products, I am now a customer for life! I already handed down my old jacket to my daughter and plan to do the same w/ my chaps, just as soon as I order a pair from these guys.

I bought the Classic II a while ago. I have been wearing it on short trips around town and I finally wore it on a long trip down to Colorado last week(Sept 18).
I loved how I could button up the coat around my neck to check the wind and keep me warm. I encountered high, cold head winds in Idaho and felt comfortable. As I crossed back into Washington I opened the collar and vents to get air circulation. The weather was much warmer(80's) and yet I was still comfortable in the coat. Great versatility for whatever the weather presents.
I love the deep zippered pockets. I was able to securely keep my camera, wallet and phone handy without any discomfort that smaller pockets seem to present.
What better recommendation can I give than by buying another one as a gift for my son. He received it yesterday.

I want you all to know about Fox Creek Leather. I received my Classic Motorcycle Jacket and a pair of deerskin gauntlets in August 2000, I only wish I had them when I rode down the Oregon and California coast on my way to the 2000 Independence day Hollister Rally, instead I had an expensive Harley Davidson jacket made in Indonesia and a pair of Watson gauntlets. The cold pacific air cut right through that leather like a sharp knife! The Fox Creek Leather jacket and gloves are by far the best leathers I have ever owned, they are cool in the summer and very warm on the cold days! The sizes were perfect and delivery was prompt. I just ordered a pair of chaps for my wife and a vest for myself. I highly recommend www.foxcreekleather.com for all your leather needs!

I searched for a motorcycle jacket all over the Southwest United States. I tried on a hundred of them. Some were nicer than others, some cheap. I got word about your company and after reading testimonials decided I would try one.
I was truly amazed when it arrived yesterday. Never have I seen such quality. The Motorcycle Classic II was far beyond my expectations and a perfect fit thanks to your on line phone department.
How refreshing to see that quality and craftsmanship are robustly alive and well at Fox Creek. Congratulations on crafting the finest leather jacket I have ever seen.

Great Motorcycle Jacket!!!, 2009-04-21

I’ve bought the Classic Motorcycle Jacket II and The Belt in the summer of 08.
Even though I’ve ordered my jacket from Germany, and had it sent to my Sister in R.I. there was no hassle.
Service was exceptional, when the first jacket didn’t fit; I called them up and they sent me another one within 3 days.
Now that’s what I call SERVICE.
Second Package arrived and my first impression was “Wow” finally a jacket, which is more than just a paperweight. The leather was just incredible.
My first chance to really use and test this jacket was in March 09. The springtime weather in southern Bavaria/ Germany can be quite cold. Temps in the morning are often still in the low teens. If it isn’t raining, I’ll ride to work every day, 60 miles round trip.
In the morning it’s freezing, in the afternoon you’ve got 65 to 75 degrees. The weather is pretty much like New England.
So far, I must say it is the most comfortable jacket I’ve ever owned.
For The Belt, I can only say, thick, sturdy and the # 1 item on my leather pants.
I’m planning on purchasing my whole biker outfit with Fox Creek Leather.
I’ll live with the tax and the whole shipping and handling shebang, because at the end of the day it is still bargain.
The quality and craftsmanship is better than anything I’ve seen in a long time.
As a quality manager (for a major automotive manufacturer), I’m not an easy customer.
Just keep up the good work
My next purchase is already on the way.

The Real Deal, 2009-03-01

Well, I figure it's finally time to submit a review of the items I've bought from Fox Creek. I keep coming back to do so but look at their recommendation to wait until I've worn them for a while but now is the time.
Bought a vest a while back and thought it was heavy but this jacket makes that vest feel lightweight in comparison. I know the shipping weight lists it at nine pounds but that is deceptive. When you grab the jacket it has heft! Top notch leather and construction, even my wife was impressed when I first showed it to her. For once, she said I had good taste and made a good decision. I handed it to her and then she was truly shocked, asking if I would be able to wear it. The answer, absolutely!
There is no armor but this jacket makes you feel invincible. I live in Hawaii and it doesn't get below 60 degrees much but when you're not used to cool conditions it's nice to have the warmth of this jacket. I ride to work every day and my hours take me in at night and home in the early hours. It's nice to finally have a single purpose jacket for riding during those cool hours.
The jacket does fit tightly and the front inside pockets add a lot of leather to the front so the front is out there a little until the leather starts to soften. I first tried it on with the liner but had to remove it to wear the jacket comfortably. I'm glad I didn't buy a larger size though as it would have been too large without the liner. I figure as the leather breaks in and softens I'll be able to wear it with the liner. Don't need it in Hawaii anyway where I'm located.
Anyway, outstanding jacket that is the real deal, not some foreign knock-off.
As an aside, I also bought a belt a while back and it is one of the best I've had in years. It's as thick as a Sam Browne and could probably hold a holster if you were so inclined to use it for that purpose.
Also bought the deerskin gloves and they are soft and comfortable.
Sorry to make this all-inclusive but I really want people to know that Fox Creek makes an entire line of High Quality leather goods that you can't go wrong with.
Thank you Fox Creek.
p.s. - Top notch, immediate shipping and customer service as well.

Great American Product, 2009-02-03

I purchased my Classic Motorcycle Jacket II about 4 years ago. I noticed the quality as soon as it arrived, and it has since lived up to that first impression. Nothing about this jacket is what I refer to as "cheesy". It fits great, and is total quality. That includes the thick leather, stitching, snaps, and heavy duty zipper that has never failed to work perfectly. I've been all over the western U.S. with it, from the Mexican border to the Canadian border, and it seems indestructible. It has protected me from sand storms, hail, rain, and sleet, and still looks like new. I have no doubt that this jacket will last longer than I will.
I have since purchased other Fox Creek leather products, chaps, vest, and belts, and they're all of the same high quality. It's nice to see an American company that produces a great product!

I have owned this jacket for 3 years now. I live in Michigan and ride until about the end of November and then start up again in April. Mornings here in November and April can get down to the low 30s. This jacket along with my Fox Creek chaps and face warmer get me to work without frostbite. You may pay a little more but the quality, guarantee and customer service is the best you will find. Buy Fox Creek products and you will never regret it!

Great Jacket, worth ever penny, fits like a glove!, 2008-11-11

Fox Creek is the BEST leather company I have ever known. I have been riding bikes for over 30 years. I have purchased leather jackets from at least 10 different manufactures over the years. NONE have ever been as nice as the Fox Creek Classic II. Check the label on your current jacket; you will be surprised that most motorcycle jackets are really made in China. NOT Fox Creek, they make their own jackets, and they do not scrimp on quality. The great thing is that you get top quality at a GREAT price. Yes it is 400 bucks, but it is well worth it, in this case you get what you pay for.
My son bought a Classic and he raved about it. I had never heard of Fox Creek, so I went online and checked it out, I read other testimonials, I though "sure it will be good, but compared to the jackets I already own, how good can it be?"
When it arrived I KNEW I had made a good choice. What a difference compared to the other high quality jackets I own, the Fox Creek jacket is FAR superior, in finish, fit, styling, fasteners, quality and thickness of the leather. Lots of vents, great zippers and oh that leather is SOOOO Nice. The seams, the zippers and the fasteners are top quality, tough stuff, they will outlast me. Fox Creek, you should be PROUD of your company and your merchandise.
I am currently living in the Middle East; in the desert the weather can change here from cold in the morning to hot by 10:00 AM. The Classic II is ideal, it fits like a glove, so when it is cold you can zip it up snug, and as the temperature warms up you just open up the vents. Other jackets look good, but do not perform. The Classic II was obviously designed by a biker for a biker, while maintaining good solid looks.
To top off great quality, Fox Creek customer service is the best I have experienced in a LONG LONG time. Real people, not machines or off shore call centers. 1st class. They were friendly, totally professional and knew all their products. I wish other online bike shops were as good. Living outside the US, I was concerned about the fit, returning the jacket was not an option. A call to Fox Creek customer service helped determine the right size and the jacket fits like a glove. Thank you so much.
I could not be happier.

Everything about it is first class. I feel like I'm wearing plate armor. It just arrived (three days after ordering!) and I went for a quick 40 miles. The temperature is low 70s and I was extremely comfortable with the lining out and the vents open. I'm guessing it will work from upper 70s to low 30s (with the lining). Love that it's made in the US. Fit was perfect. Should last for decades.

I had been a motorcyclist for the best part of my teens and early twenties and I have just recently returned to biking and I'm 48 years old now. Maybe time has made me a little less reckless, and coming across Fox Creek Leathers has given me that wonderful sense of nostalgia, it's not just that it's knowing that the workmanship involved sets the standard of truly remarkable.
I purchased the jacket and waistcoat, not because I'm flush with money, but because the pictures on the web site totally sold me on the fact that the products were beautifully crafted and purposefully designed with keeping you safe in mind. I wear the jacket when it's really cold, or if it's tipping with rain which I'm glad to say isn't very often, its fit for purpose. When it's a dry day I will just wear the waistcoat to take the wind off my chest and it keeps me plenty warm.
I have no complaints, or regrets I love wearing my leathers, and I hope this helps you in making your decision to.

G'day America...
I awaited the delivery of my vest, gloves and that special jacket with the excitement of a young child at Christmas but with some concern that I had spent a lot of money on something that may not fit me or live up to the bold advertising and pretty pictures.
How wrong was I ... the fit is perfect!! The look is .. if I do say so myself absolutely outstanding.... how can something so soft be so strong. It feels special, it makes me feel special!
I work in an office in Nth Sydney during the week and I wear the thing to work it looks that good. But come the weekend when I'm on my raked FX Softail Custom cruisin the highway it's something else!! Pure magic. You can feel the quality in the weight of the thing...you just know that if you happen to fall that nothing is going to rip it.... It's warm on a cold day yet cool on a hot day. I can move freely in it with no restrictions .. Fantastic!
I would encourage anyone who was looking at getting any leather wear to save them selves a lot of time & expense & go straight to the top.!
Thank you FOX CREEK!

Just received my Jacket and chaps today, WOW! I have searched for a long time for leather gear of this quality. Your craftsmen manufacture an amazing product, I'm sure my leathers will last for ever. A lot of thought went into the design and type of leather that you use. I especially like the fold down fleece collar attached to the jacket liner (mountain rides just got a whole lot more comfortable). The arm holes are cut high, so your sleeves don't pull back when you reach forward for your handlebars . The jacket fits perfectly and will continue to, as long as I don't enjoy to many "low cal" double cheese burgers. Shipping was quick and painless, your prices are great and your product isn't assembled out of low quality "cardboard" leather in an overseas sweatshop. Thanks for making a product that not only meets but totally exceeds expectations. I am going to tell everyone in Canada that I know where they should go to get their leathers

Even after reading most of the other reviews, even after reading about the incredible quality of Fox Leather jackets at WebBikeworld.com, even after looking at what the other sites and local companies had to offer, I was amazed at the weight and the quality of this jacket. Butter soft but tough. It puts the other "Classic" jackets I've seen and tried on to shame. The fit is perfect at the key points and the side adjustments make it a custom fit. The highest recommendation!

After several years fruitless searching I finally found a jacket deserving of the name "Classic". Buying a jacket like this is never about being practical, it is always about the "dream"; but it comes as a very pleasant surprise when the build quality and superior materials make the "dream" an undoubted reality. I'm critical by nature and very hard to please but was unable to find fault with my "Classic II". From the moment I shrugged the jacket on I knew I had made the right decision. The first thing to strike me was the incredible weight of the jacket! Clearly the hide used was of the very best, but that alone does not make the "Classic II" stand out. It was on closer scrutiny that the thoughtful design features really became apparent; the front and rear vents, the side lace-up vents, the inner pockets and the zip-in liner, all these combined with the heavyweight YKK fasteners make the "Classic II" a truly great jacket. Bravo Fox Creek Leather for combining build quality, super grade materials and design expertise - they have come together in a jacket that is the best I have ever seen!

*ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!* I have bought a lot of stuff online, and most of the time is was positive and I was satisfied to some degree...however the rest of the Internet world should stand up and take notice of the way FOX CREEK takes care of their customers to the point of complete satisfaction. I have never been treated as well any where online. They were friendly, totally professional and knew all their products from one end to the other. I was surprised in the way all my concerns and questions were handled, always with patience and consideration (they didn't make me feel like my questions were dumb). All products were of the highest quality and the delivery was very fast. I have never been more HAPPY with any online purchase, both for quality of product and ease of purchase....I just want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH to all the crew over at FOX CREEK I will shout your praises from the mountain top.... Hope to stop in and see you guys next year on our way to Myrtle Beach...

I live in South Texas, where it gets oppressively hot during the summer. I am able to wear my jacket to and from work on the highway and stay cool, thanks to the zippered vents. The jacket fits me very well--so well that it felt awkward at first (I am used to ordering things in "Medium"). Every detail of the jacket is high quality, and the leather feels great. The jacket is also quite heavy, which is a good thing for motorcycling apparel.

A Wise Decision, 2007-04-03

I am not easily impressed but I bought a Classic II jacket after talking to my good friend and fellow biker. I had not heard of Fox Creek Leather before but if my old Army buddy said it was good to go then I did not have to think about it long. I ordered my jacket and received it quickly only to find that I had ordered one too small. I called Fox Creek up and told them about it and they said they would send another one out the next morning and for me to drop it in the mail when I could. That was the first thing that impressed me.
The other jacket arrived and fit like a glove. The quality of the leather is unsurpassed. It is soft as butter but thick and very heavy. The zip out Thinsulate liner is great for the cold rides in the morning and is easily removed for the trip home when the temperatures have risen above 80. The six vents allow plenty of air to keep me cool even in hot weather.
Everyone who sees my jacket says something good about it. Especially after they put it on or just feel the leather and how heavy duty it is. This will definitely save your hide if you ever have a major drama on the road. I also bought some deerskin gloves and they are great as well. All the riding gear I buy from now on will be from Fox Creek. To say the least, I am impressed!

I received my Classic II jacket yesterday. While I read a number of testimonials about this jacket, I cannot believe how well made this jacket is.
Someone commented on the weight previously, but this jacket has a heft that I simply couldn't believe once I tried it on.
It is downright heavy! Unbelievable! With the weather finally changing here in the DC area, I can also attest to its warmth.

Really Pleased With My Purchase, 2007-02-12
by
from Greenlawn, NY
1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
I've had your jacket for over a year now and have been really pleased with my purchase.
When I was considering a Motorcycle jacket, I had set up simple criteria:
1. I wanted a Made in USA product
2. I wanted to pay a fair price. You get nothing for nothing.Something too good to be true, usually is.
3. I wanted something rugged. I didn't want a product I had to baby.
4. I wanted heavy protective leather in case, dread, that I meet asphalt but I didn't want something stiff.
5. I wanted to buy from a company that stands by their product.
Your jacket has met all my criteria. I wear it riding in 32 degree weather and 90 + degree weather. I don't get on my Superglide unless I'm wearing my helmet, Fox Creek jacket, boots and gloves.
Thanks for a top quality product. There aren't many left.

Absolutely Quite Amazed, 2006-11-09
by
from UK
4 of 4 people found this review helpful.
I am absolutely quite amazed at the quality of my jacket, its a custom one as you know, extra thick leather, gun pocket, extra sleeve vents, the craftsmanship is beyond reproach its just 100 percent perfection. The Jacket is very heavy, but that's what I wanted, it fits very well, pockets are good, not used vents yet, too cold here, but assume they must work ok. It's very nice to just wear out and about not on the bike, which is what I will be doing this winter to try to break it in a bit, warm once you have been in it a few minutes, took the liner out from the start.
On the bike, seems OK riding up to about 100mph, bit of cold gets in by the neck, and the end of sleeves if not wearing your correct gloves. I guess it needs the scarf I had to wear in the photos or a leather bandanna or something round the neck in cold weather.
I don't like the zipper on the wrong side however, I guess all American zippers are that way. When on a sports bike the back of the crash helmet fouls the neck of the jacket because you head is angled. Unlike a Harley for example where you sit bolt upright. This does tend to push the Helmet down a bit at the front i.e. down over your eyes, thus impairing vision a bit and also makes turning the head around for a look behind a bit harder. Perhaps the leather will wear in a bit with use. But, what a jacket. Your craftsmen/women, are superb, your overall service could not be better. Will order from you again, no doubt about that.Did you find this review helpful?

Thank you folks at Fox Creek for a jacket of outstanding quality and for your great customer service. A winning combination! I love this Classic 2. Fits great, feels great, and looks great. Everything I have read from other customers on your site, is true for me. The jacket is perfect for riding here in the Maritimes - it may be hot a few kilometers inland (the vents let in lots of air to keep you comfortable), and then it may be very cool out along the ocean roads (just zip up the vents and its perfect!). Thanks for sending the jacket through the postal service to save us brokerage charges that the courier services charge to bring packages into Canada!

Been wearing my Fox Creek Classic 11 jacket since the hour it arrived. Excellent workmanship combined with the finest of materials. 35 degree riding is no issue with this jacket. 90 degree riding most comfortable in a tee shirt or less of course but not an issue with this jacket thanks to the excellent ventilation system when on the move. This is a jacket made to ride with not just to look great. Fox Creek will receive more business from me.

Best Riding Jacket Anyone could Want, 2006-04-27

Fox Creek makes a leather jacket that is thick and comfortable and not that imported crap leather that one sees way too much of. This is like I've had it for awhile; you know broken in but none of that distressed and antiqued leather just good quality and American Made. This looked new but felt right as soon as I put it on. The leather's not stiff either and with these nice curvy mountain roads in Tennessee that's a big factor for me.
As soon as I got the Classic II, I went on the back roads and into the gorgeous mountains of Tennessee looking for one more two lane blacktop to go down, around and through until I made my way back to the house that evening. Now this was riding and the jacket fit the bike too. Oh how I love Spring time riding on my Springer! Bugs and all, but no bugs from Fox Creek these folks are all right!!!!

Wholly Crap this Classic II is built, 2006-03-19

I recently purchased a Classic II. I've been reading the reviews and didn't think I could go wrong. I have also been going to swap meets and haven't seen anything that impressed me. My Classic II came in two days, a day sooner than I was told. This jacket is so thick I think a swat team would be safe in it.
After reading the reviews I thought I would give it the test. On March 11th I got the chance the temp. hit the high 50s in upstate NY and a group of us went on a ride. I wore only a T shirt under the Classic II and was very comfortable.
After the ride I put the bike in the shop to get some new rubber before the riding season started. Then on Sat. the 18th I went to the shop to shoot the bull and was surprised my bike was ready. This time the day was sunny but a whooping 22 degrees. and nice and windy. So with a fleece under my Classic II I had to get my Indian back home. At 60mph without a windshield I put her to the test and the wind did not penetrate the jacket. I can't say that for the rest of my body.
I'd like to say if you want to pay around $200.00 extra for a brand label go ahead but you are not going to get better quality anywhere else for any price.
This jacket is the real deal and I'm going to be ordering chaps soon.

Even before you notice the quality of the leather, you can't believe the weight of the jacket. How can one jacket weigh this much? Then you notice the feel and look of the leather. I almost hated to try it on. What if it doesn't fit and I have to send it back? Like a kid, I'm willing to keep this jacket if its just close to a fit. But, it fits like a glove. Especially after you've taken the time to adjust the laces on the side. This is, truly, the jacket I've been searching for for years. I've got three leather jackets in my closet that have been around for years, still in practically new shape because they didn't really measure up and I never really enjoyed wearing them. There is no doubt about this Fox Creek Classic II--its the real McCoy.
It has been a while since I consistently got compliments on my clothes. Lets face it, after a certain age we are not quite as likely to pay that little extra bit of attention to our dress like we do when younger. That makes it even more noticeable when I rarely wear the jacket without someone saying how great it looks. Not motorcycle people, but people you meet off your ride. Which also reminds me, I wear it just about as much as an everyday jacket as I do for riding. I've got two other motorcycle jackets that I wouldn't even consider wearing when I'm not on my motorcycle. I think that it is the quality that you can instantly see what makes the Fox Creek jacket more than just another motorcycle jacket. One thing I'm sure of, with a lifetime guarantee I'm not going to save it for special occasions. I doubt seriously that I will wear it out--at least, if I stay on my bike.

I wear the Classic II. Thick, flawless leather - no marks, even grain, and THICK BUT SUPPLE. Heavyweight construction. Sizing instructions were right on. Best looking, most high quality M/C jacket - period. Want a premium product? Well, Fox Creek has the best leather going at any price. I could not be happier with the Classic II and Fox Creek! And the best part is, Made in the U.S.A.
Took the time to write this because these folks went out of their way to make a really great product and sell it at a fair price right here at home. The heck with cheap stuff from overseas. Fox Creek beats them by miles.

Great Quality and Fit -- will buy again!, 2005-12-03

I am very happy with the quality and the fit of the jacket I recently purchased for my husband. I usually only buy North Beach Leather. However, I have not been able to find one that is made specially for Motorcycles in big/tall people size. So after a lot of searching, I decided to go with your jacket.
I like it so much that I will be getting the matching chaps for my husband shortly. And even though I already have a Motorcycle jacket from North Beach Leather for my self, I am thinking about buying the chap from you as well (matching may be an issue :-)
A nice plus that your product is made and USA.
Thanks!

Wanted to share this with you, as I am a loyal customer of Fox Creek Leather.
With my 02 Custom Fatboy, my Fox Creek Classic II Jacket and my Fox Creek Fatboy Saddlebags packed, I headed to the Oregon coast from eastern Washington for 4 days of cruising and camping along the way.
The first day across Washington into Oregon was a sunny, 86 degrees, slipping into the 50s through the mountains. With my jacket vents open in the heat, I stayed cool and comfortable, and warm through the mountains when I zipped the vents closed. I remained comfortable through a mix of sun and rain over the next few days, and all of my gear in my saddlebags remained bone dry during a hard rain.
As a matter of fact, the only part of me that got wet was my legs, as my chaps, (not Fox Creek) got soaked. Fox Creek chaps will be my next purchase.
I love your products, and the quality outranks everything I've seen.

Classic II Jacket, 2005-11-16

I had been looking at jackets for a while. Some on line and also down at the local Big Name Motorcycle dealer. I came across the Fox Creek website and liked what I saw, but I am always a bit skeptical when I see items that are priced well below other comparable items of good quality. Then you throw in the fact that it is mail order and I could only imagine that the quality was not going to be as good as the ones that I had tried on and liked that were $600 - $700.
I did manage to dig up a few good reviews of Fox Creek from other sources to convince me enough to at least give them a try.
But before I bought the jacket myself, my wife surprised me by getting me one for my birthday. She bought me the Classic II Jacket.
Now I know you nothing about me, but I like to have the best. I've always been that way. I would do without and wait to save up for an item that I really want.
That said; this is absolutely the best jacket out of all of the ones I tried. The style, cut, weight, and laced sides make this the coolest jacket out of all of them! The leather is soft and feels slightly broken in and I'm sure it will get even better with age. The cut of the coat is great; with the longer sleeves that don't ride up when you’re riding, and the longer back to keep out the draft and for added protection. The venting made for great air-flow and I was comfortable wearing it on a day that reached almost 70 degrees. The zip out lining is also a nice feature. The weight of this coat is like body armor. Truly an amazing value. All I can say is before you plunk down double the money for a jacket with a name on it, try a Fox Creek!

Like trying to cross the mighty Mississippi, flowing behind me, it’s difficult to navigate today’s product brands, especially when it comes to motorcycle leather apparel. Nearly all these product brands today are manufactured far from America’s shores, taking with them the jobs and quality we once took for granted. Well, I prefer to support American jobs, and I don’t mind paying more for its superior quality. Fox Creek Leather exemplifies this American made quality. They also provide personalized service with their products. Like when I called to order my Classic II Motorcycle Jacket, I spoke to a friendly person who asked the right questions to deliver me a jacket that fits as good as the pistons in this bike. Believe me, I’ve been riding for over twenty years and have owned previous leather jackets, yet the comfort and security I get from riding with my new Fox Creek Leather jacket is as reassuring as it's natural, supple texture and lifetime guarantee. Moreover, it’s truly more than a motorcycle jacket; I proudly wear mine as an everyday jacket as well. As far as I’m concerned, Fox Creek Leather offers the best in motorcycle leathers with service to match, especially in a market that’s flooded with imports.
Riding happy,

After having made other successful purchases from Fox Creek (Gloves, Vest, etc), I decided it was time for a new jacket. I ordered the Classic II on a Monday and had the jacket by Wednesday evening. The quality and workmanship of the Classic far exceeds the jacket I had been wearing, and the Classics cost was about $200 less. You won't find a heavier, more rugged or well thought out motorcycle jacket elsewhere, believe me I looked!
I really appreciate good customer service, and the folks at Fox Creek have not let me down. They are responsive to questions and friendly, which means they get my dollars.
Thanks again guys!

Quality Leather Gear, Made in the USA, 2005-10-07

After two years of searching countless websites, leather stores, and motorcycle shows, I all but gave up on finding what I was looking for. I purchased a 2005 H-D Road King Classic this spring and knew that I had to find my leathers in order to tour in style- and safety.
After searching many websites, I came across the Fox Creek Leather site and began to look through the styles available. Was I ever excited to find the classic look that I wanted in the “Classic II” jacket and matching chaps?!
An even better surprise was when I read that ALL of your products are made in the USA, have a lifetime warranty and cost half as much as those leathers made in third-world countries!
I have received many compliments from fellow riders who notice the quality construction and great look. I have ridden over 12k miles this season- most with my Fox Creek Leathers keeping me company. In fact, I enjoyed my jacket and chaps so much that I bought my wife the ladies “Classic II” for Mother's Day- she loves it and wears it both while on the back of our bike and just around town! Free shipping is a great value-added benefit of doing business with Fox Creek Leather- keep up the great work and quality products!

Well, I've been wearing my Classic II for 1000 working miles (no highway, some dirt) and thought it was time to give ya my impressions.. #1: Best value, period. My buddy tried real hard to convince me to get a Vanson, but this jacket is nearly equal except it's hundreds of $$$ cheaper! (To be fair, his Vanson has a stiffer kidney pad; but that's a custom jacket that cost twice as much ten years ago!) I never even considered buying some of the branded crap out there. The fit is great and the range of motion in the arms would suit any riding style (including MX); hell you can do martial arts in this jacket and barely notice!
I live at 8500 in the Colorado Rockies and I bought this jacket to be warm, among other things. It has replaced my Levi jacket, medium weight wool sweater, and two stacked flannels that weren't warm enough (plus my street clothes underneath), and I'm damn toasty on the ride home at 3am when the temp is approaching freezing. This alone made it worth it.
But it's reasonably cool as well. I've worn it in 100 degree blazing noon sun on the Colorado plains and only notice the heat at long stop lights. The vents are awesome, keep yer pits dry! I also wore it in 95 degree New England with very, very high humidity, and while riding it wasn't any worse (perhaps better) than standin around bare-chested with beers.
Lastly, the crash test. Didn't expect I'd have this to add to my review. But, errors happen, and I bounced off me wifes truck at 30-35mph (heh, heh.., the bikes fine). I hit shoulder first and put a huge dent in the door, and didn't even SCUFF my jacket! Had a few scratches on my arm from the mesh liner, because of that I now wear a long sleeve shirt even in the summer. The mesh liner bugs me even when I'm not crashing, but that is the one and only complaint I have, and it wouldn't stop me from buying this very same jacket again.
Kudos to the staff at Fox Creek as well, the lady who took my order (forgot her name, dammit) actually went and measured a regular jacket while I was on the phone to see ifn itd fit my gibbous monkey arms. Turns out I needed a long, and it fit perfect right outta the box. These folks exemplify what it means to be Made In America!!!Nuff said.

The words FOX CREEK now fill me with a warm fuzzy glow of satisfaction. After searching Scotland for a good quality Bike Jacket, and finding only disappointment, I logged onto the net to go shopping for the first time in my life.
The beautiful pictures on the FOX CREEK site sent me scrambling for my credit card and within a week of shipment my CLASSIC II MOTORCYCLE JACKET had crossed America, crossed the Atlantic and arrived at my doorstep in Scotland in perfect condition.
It is a thing of real beauty and fits perfectly. The quality of the workmanship is superb and the sheer comfort is a delight I hope to enjoy for many years.
Thank you all at FOX CREEK and especially to Melinda whose customer care can only be described as FIRST RATE.

My wife does not want me on a bike at all, but was at least a little placated when I told her Id ride in the safest way possible. This meant getting a good leather jacket.
I'm a new rider and spent quite a bit of time searching for the right jacket. After settling on and receiving the Classic II, I was immediately impressed by its soft leather, but heavy weight. I knew it would be great in colder temperatures. However; as summer was coming around, I was worried about how hot I would be wearing it. Well, a week ago, I went on a 60 mile ride in 87 degrees, with the jacket on and vents fully open. While I was moving, I didn't feel hot at all! In fact, the breeze that blew through the vents was more than enough to keep me cool. When I returned home, I took off the jacket expecting to be soaked with sweat as the temperature had climbed to over 90 by that time. To my surprise, I was completely dry. This jacket was cool.
Plus, my wife thinks I look cool in it too.

A Special Thank You!, 2005-05-25

I've initially waited on writing this e-mail so that I could take the time to evaluate my jacket(in the cold weather). I ordered my jacket and vest just before Christmas. The jacket I order was the Classic Motorcycle II jacket and plain vest. Giving up my old jacket that was a sight of pride for me and it showed based on thousands of miles of true wear & tear, oil, bugs, road kill and road rash etc etc. was not an easy decision. However, I knew the time had come to buy a new jacket. I had bought a light weight leather shirt jacket from Fox Creek Leather the previous year and knew the quality was very good. So off I went to conducting research on what Fox Creek Leather sold in the way of heavy jackets.
The Classic Motorcycle II look was what I wanted. I was very happy to see the Classic look without the waist belt and watch pocket. The belt always seemed to scratch the paint anyway. The price was right and now it was just up to being able to view the jacket in person. Ms. Eddy took my order. Eddy was very familiar with the product and more importantly, she knew the product, sizing and how to articulate the size I would need. She assured me that I would have the vest and jacket before Christmas. She was right on the money. I received my order before Christmas and it fit perfectly, with room to spare for a sweatshirt.
The reason for taking time to write this is not just to thank Eddy for her Outstanding support but to thank Fox Creek Leather for making a QUALITY product. As I said earlier, I wanted to evaluate the jacket in the cold weather. I ride year round and I can attest, the Classic Motorcycle II jacket is just what I needed for the cold weather. If you ride a scooter, you are bound to run in a pack of other scooters all living for the moment they can hear their pipes roar and have the wind in their face-year round regardless of the cold. We went on a ride in 20 degree weather last weekend and I must say, I was very comfortable. Evaluation completed. I am writing to say, I love my new jacket and forgot all about my old on(which carried a very famous dealers logo but did not serve me well in the cold at all). I'm looking forward to long rides where I can create the weathered look of my new jacket all over again!!!
Thank you once again. I just ordered gloves and will be ordering chaps in the very near future. I am PROUD to say, my jacket, vest, gloves and soon chaps carry a new label, that label reads, Fox Creek Leather !!!!! More importantly, some riders in my group have since ordered jackets from Fox Creek Leather. They too, are very pleased with their purchase.

I just wanted to say that I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship of this jacket. Thanks again for maintaining the integrity to produce a quality product.

You guys are unbelievably great!!I ordered a 44 and the arms weren't long enough due the fact my mother mated with my father the ape LOL. I am 5'11 with 34 long arms. Due the fact I was riding from Atlanta to Orlando you shipped me a 46 to try despite the feeling from customer support that I would need a custom jacket. Well the 46 didn't do it and I was forced to ride with an old jacket. One week went by before I could send the jackets back there was no harassing calls wanting to know where the jackets were etc etc. Well I ended up ordering a 46 with 2 longer sleeves and it arrived today ahead of the projected 3 week turnaround. I took it for a test drive 40 miles roundtrip up I-75 with nothing but a harley t-shirt underneath(60 degrees, 15MPH winds 75MPH no liner).
All I can say is wow, wow, wow I was warm as a bug in a rug. I expect you will be seeing an order from my father inlaw as he is looking for a new jacket and was eyeballing my jacket tonight at dinner. I am now eying the saddlebags to mount on my superglide and know the quality I will be getting. Thanks to all the folks in customer support you put up with my indecision with professionalism and patience. I am a customer for life....

To everyone at Fox Creek,
I finally received my custom fitted Classic Motorcycle Jacket II. I can't say enough about the quality of the leather. I have owned a few H-D jackets and they don't hold a candle to Fox Creek. After receiving my first order I tried on the jacket, while sitting on my bike, and realized immediately that I needed a longer sleeve length. 2.5 inches to be exact. After a quick telephone call my custom order was 4 to 6 weeks from my door. To my surprise the jacket was delivered 2 weeks after the order. WOW... I could not believe it. The jacket fits perfectly and the quality of the workmanship, hardware and stitching it excellent. So far I couldn't be more satisfied. Spring is just around the corner here in Michigan and I plan on putting my new leather to use very soon. It is very nice to own a jacket that is so finely crafted. Fox Creek has a new customer for life.
Thank you,

Just a note to say how surprised I was when I received my shipment from Fox Creek Leather. I ordered the Classic II jacket and chaps using your fitting guide, and everything fits like a glove!!! I'm 6-5, so I was concerned that the sizing may be a little off. But using your online guides worked out great!! I also could not get over the weight of the products. I am a new rider and the experienced guys told me to spend some money up front for a quality jacket that will last. I started searching on the internet and when I saw the quality in the huge pictures on Fox Creeks web site I knew I was going to buy from them. These guys have nothing to hide like the other places that use small poor resolution pictures on their sites.
My Classic II arrived here in Beaufort, SC on a day the weather was in the mid 30s (and people say it does not get cold down here in Beaufort?!?!). I went for a ride and the only thing that got cold was my legs - guess I should start looking for a pair of over pants or chaps! This jacket is awesome - I could not be happier. I can not wait for warmer weather so I can zip out the lining, open the vents, and feel a warm breeze on a sunny day.

I just want to thank you for providing such a great product. I have been riding off and on for 35 years and have been through several sets of leathers, none of which hold a candle to your merchandise. There is no doubt that you provide the best product and service that I have ever experienced. Because of your quality and service I have purchased a Classic II Jacket, two sets of deerskin gauntlets, a set of chaps, a leather face mask, a vest, and a pair of leather overpants for myself. I am also purchasing a Classic II Jacket, vest, and chaps for my girl friend. I enthusiastically recommend you to my riding friends, who have also purchased and raved about your leather goods. Needless to say, I am hooked.
Thanks again for providing a quality, made in the good old US of A product.

I am incredibly pleased with my purchase of the Men’s Classic Motorcycle Jacket II. I purchased this jacket for myself in the Men’s version as opposed to the Women’s because I prefer the style and weight of the Men’s jacket. It fits perfectly and is a pleasure to wear. I have received many compliments and inquiries about it. Quality is a word I hear frequently from admirers of this jacket. They are excited to learn that they too can own one.
The weight of this jacket is quite impressive. While it feels heavy on a hanger, its weight is evenly distributed and welcomed when worn, giving a feeling of comfort and protection. It keeps me cool in the Florida summers and warm in the winter. I’m proud that it is American made by skilled craftsmen and I know that it will only get better with age. It’s made to be a life long companion.
I applaud Fox Creek Leather for creating such a fine authentic jacket for the motorcycle enthusiast. It is worth much more than the asking price. Rarely do you get so much value for your dollar. Those who appreciate and admire exceptional quality and craftsmanship will simply be delighted. Thank you Fox Creek Leather.
Sylvia, Florida
P.S. I am wearing this jacket on my 2005 Harley Davidson Softail Deluxe atop Sugarloaf Mountain. Floridas second highest elevation.

After twenty-five years of competitive bicycling, I have branched out to two wheelers with engines. So I am a newby on the occasional rented Harley for now, and I am loving my Classic II and gauntlets. Like every serious cyclist and biker I am an equipment freak. I know, demand, need and love quality. The Classic is ten pounds of very serious, yet really, really beautiful, body armor. It is NOT a conglomeration of embossed vinyl like the jacket I ordered from another company. This one is going keep you warm, keep you dry, keep you as cool as possible and take the brunt of the scrapes for you if something terrible happens. The very thought of hurting this beauty will keep me out of harms way.
As far as sizing, I have a 46L. I'm 6 ft 2, 210 and a bit long bodied. Sleeves are great and the body of the jacket is perfect on the bike, but not that ultra short waisted look that people tell me looks so cool OFF the bike (Heck with them, I'm trying to stay warm, and alive on the bike!) If you are my size and want that look, get the regular length. Me, I want the kidney pads in the right position if they need to be.
I received my Classic (I) within three or four days. When I decided I wanted the Classic II instead, Fox Creek shipped it immediately and I also received it within four days. My wife will soon (hopefully) need at least a jacket, and I will need some more leathers too. We'll be ordering them from Fox Creek.
I think the Fox Creek folks may attach a couple of pictures so you can see.

To Whom it May Concern (Hopefully Everyone),

In no time the jacket had arrived, and as expected (based on the outstanding service and quality of my chaps) the jacket was impeccable, the thick, soft, supple, buttery leather has the most beautiful grain patterns. This jacket has a hefty weight feel, but once on it wasn't noticeable at all. I couldn't wait to try it out in some severe cold, well that day came Monday 13 Dec, 2004, I had taken the day off from work and was planning to ride to the next town (approximately 50 miles round trip) had some errands to run etc, looked at the temp outside and at 9:00 am it was 29 degrees F. Crystal clear skies, sun shining, dry roads, just bitter cold, so I thought ahhh, here is the true test, with just a medium weight long sleeve Tee shirt, my new Classic II Fox Creek Leather Jacket, Fox Creek Chaps, HD Boots and HD Gloves (not the best - looking into your Thinsulate Gauntlets) I took off, with the wind chill at 70 MPH estimated at 10 degrees F. I found myself comfortably warm, the jacket worked flawlessly, I walked in to my Local Harley Davidson Dealership, and the looks from my personal friends and wrenches were unbelievable, they couldn't believe I rode up with the little I had on in that weather and was still comfortably warm, seeing is believing and actions speak louder than words, I told them about the great jacket I had just received and where I got it, a handful wrote down your website. Thanks again to all of you at Fox Creek for another outstanding product. I am budgeting for a jacket for my wife, and the leather over pants, gloves and face mask here in the near future for both of us.

Nicest Jacket I've Ever Owned..., 2004-10-13

I took delivery of my Classic II around the first of September when the weather was still warm. My brother had convinced me to start wearing leather if I was going to continue to commute on my cruiser, that it was just a matter of time before I'd be needing thicker skin. The jacket is the nicest piece of apparel I own. The leather is soft and thick and fits like a glove. The venting made the jacket comfortable even on 85+ degree days, and now that the weather is cooler, it handles the mid 40s morning temperatures with just a long sleeve shirt. Thanks for producing such a fine product. Also, as of this writing, I haven't gone down.

The Classic II: Incredible Jacket. Incredible Price, 2004-10-03
by
from Chesapeake, VA

After 15 years, my old jacket had reached the limit of its' ability to cover my middle aged mid section and I figured I’d be putting out big bucks to get a quality American made jacket. I googled into your site and was immediately struck by the style of the Classic II. When I saw how inexpensive it was relative to some other makers, I was a bit skeptical, but the reviews helped me decide to give it a try.
Since I had planned a trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway anyway I figured I’d swing by the “factory store” in Independence, VA. It’s not easy to find (Mapblast didn’t tell me to take a left on the dirt road across the wooden bridge then up the hill to the old barn.) Trust me when I tell you that the ride alone is worth the trip. That is some beautiful country! Once I got there, Melinda was great in explaining how the jacket should fit and all of the features it offered.
This jacket exceeded my expectations and everything written in the previous reviews is right on the money. It feels good, it smells good and it looks great. I headed back up the road, a happy and satisfied customer. After a day in the saddle, the jacket seemed a bit too roomy (although it fit great when I was standing up) so Melinda let me exchange it for the next smaller size. She was genuinely concerned that I was happy with my new jacket and I am.
The last day of my trip took me from the low 50’s in the mountains to mid-80’s on the coast with just a T-shirt and my new jacket. It fits like a glove and, when I got down to sea level, I just unzipped the vents and was comfortable the whole way home.
Thanks Fox Creek for providing a jacket of amazing quality at an unbelievably low price. I’ll be back next year for chaps!

Well, after buying your Buffalo Vest, I wasn't surprised when I opened the box and pulled out this jacket to find one heavy, well made, gorgeous coat. The best thing is that although the jacket feels heavy in your hands, it doesn't feel heavy when you have it on. The only thing people will find hard about buying any of your jackets is picking the one they like best. They're all great looking jackets. I'm taking a long ride this weekend and was glad to get the jacket so fast as it only took 3 days. Needless to say, I can't say enough about the service, quality, and value your company provides. Thanks again and I'm looking forward to my next purchase which will be a pair of chaps.

Great Jacket, 2004-09-10

I bought the Classic II jacket with high hopes, based on the reviews I had read here, but still not quite convinced that it would really be comfortable in the warmer weather that we have here in the South. Having had the jacket for awhile now, let me say I'm convinced!
I ordered my jacket one morning and it arrived the next day--Wow! Of course, Knoxville isn't that far from Independence, so I doubt that everyone is going to get this kind of service, but they're darned quick. I had already done a bit of emailing with Fox Creek to make sure I got the size right and they were very helpful. I had read that these jackets were heavy but with very soft leather, but was unprepared to see how really nice they were. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the leather is heavy but soft, great zippers and snaps--absolutely fantastic quality.
It was about 90 degrees outside, so I zipped out the lining, opened the vents and took it out for a trial run. It fit just right. OK, when stopped at a stop light it was a bit warm, but not as much as you'd expect. Once I was moving though, the vents worked well and it was amazingly cool and comfortable. A few weeks later, I was motorcycle camping in the mountain, the morning was about 50 degrees, and the vents had to be closed. The jacket was warm and comfortable. It started raining, and the jacket was warm, dry and comfortable. Finally, the clouds cleared and the temperature went up. Re-open the vents and it was cool and comfortable. I haven't had a chance to use it in the extreme cold yet, but I am confident it will do just as well in that climate as it has in everything else Ive tried.
To sum it all up--the jacket is great, the service is great. You couldn't ask for more. My wife liked my jacket so much that she ordered one too--she loves hers as much as I love mine.

My wife purchased a Classic II jacket from you for me. When it arrived I was amazed at the quality and detail of the jacket. But now after riding with it on I am even more impressed. I was really concerned that I would get too hot in this jacket. It is not uncommon to start out on a ride here in the mountains of western Maryland with the temperature being 85 degrees and by the time I head home in the evening the temperature is now in the 50s. The airflow through this jacket with the vents open is amazing. It keeps me extremely comfortable in the heat and then when the temperature drops I just zip up the vents and no air penetrates at all. I am sure later this fall the liner will be a big help as our falls are extremely cool. The jacket fits like a glove. My wife said Bernie was extremely helpful in determining the right size for both of us, as my wife ordered one for her too!! Thanks Fox Creek for a great AMERICAN made product.

After shopping all over in the real world and on line, I was beginning to think that True Leathers had gone the way of the real spare tire. Then I saw a guy wearing your jacket and I got the 411 from him and purchased my own Classic II. Your Customer Service Department helped with sizing and they were correct. Five days later I was riding in the cool Minnesota weather and not minding it at all. 40 degrees in the am, 80 degrees in the pm. A true Motorcycle Jacket, looks great, vents and liner make it comfortable all day long, fits great! And most of all the heavy leather is soft and supple so I move around in it comfortably. And I didn't have to pay 5 to 6 hundred dollars for some piece of crap, with a corporate logo on it, that would fall apart in 5 to 10 years. It's been 3 months now, both my wife and I have ordered chaps and she ordered a vest. QUALITY has a name! It's Fox Creek Leathers!
RIDE ON!

After a 25 year break from motorcycles (raising the kids) I have recently purchased a new 2004 Harley Davidson Deuce. While searching for a quality leather jacket a riding buddy was quick to recommend Fox Creek products; he ownes one of everything you guys have in stock!!
The Fox Creek sales rep was very helpful, and assisted in determining the correct jacket size. When the jacket arrived I could not believe how heavy it was. Although the weight seemed extreme out of the box, it says alot about the quality and the weight is not noted while wearing the jacket.
On March 30 2004, I put on the Classic II to ride my new bike from the dealership located near Ann Arbor Michigan, to my home in Manistee; a 280+ mile ride. When I arrived home several hours later the outside temperature was 38 degrees. The jacket kept me very warm throughout the entire trip, allowing me to enjoy the maiden voyage of my new bike.
I have recently order the braided buffalo vest, and plan to purchase more wonderful, high quality products from Fox Creek.

My jacket (classic motorcycle II) arrived here yesterday and I have to say, in 30 years of riding bikes, I have never found quality as good as this or service to match anywhere else. Here in the U.K. you just cannot get leather this soft or so well made; also the fit is perfect, especially as you had no custom measurements to go by. You now have a representative for your company in England.
Once again thanks for everything, if I need anything else you will be the first I contact. I'm just off now for a ride to show of my new jacket. YOURS GRAHAM WRIGHT, ENGLAND

My wife purchase me one of your Classic II jacket for our anniversary this year. I am very please with the fit and quality. I have been looking for a while to replace my old jacket of 15 years. None of the others I looked at could compare to your product. Also my wife can not say enough about the help she got from your staff. It is good to know that I can still purchase an American made product with this quality and that excellent customer service still exists. All of this for a fair price. I wished I had found your company sooner.

The Jacket is premo! It fits great and is in my opinion a bargain price for the superior features and weight of the leather utilized. It weighs a ton in hand but the leather is so supple that it feels like an old friend once you wear it.
I picked up my 2004 Road Glide the same day I got the Jacket and put 150 miles on it the following day. I wore a long sleeve shirt under the jacket and rode several hours in 44 degree Montana sunshine and the only thing that even got remotely chilled were my hands and legs. Guess I'll be hitting you for chaps in the near future.
I just had to says thanks for a GREAT American made product. It goes well with my other American made product. Go all the way with USA!!!!

Really great in cold weather, 2004-02-20

This jacket is heavy, thick leather that really protects you from the cold! It's hard to believe the leather is so supple when it's so thick, but it really is comfortable to wear. It doesn't feel stiff, like many of the jackets at the bike shop. I have worn mine on at least five rides in near-freezing weather, along with unlined gauntlet gloves, and I stay nice and warm. When it warms up later in the day I just open the vents and I don`t overheat. I removed the zip-out liner yesterday to try the jacket on a warmer day and it wasn't too hot even in full sunshine with the vents closed. This has to be the most versatile leather jacket I have ever seen. Thank you for a great product!

Fantastic Leathers, 2004-02-20

I am happy to report that my leathers are even better than I had hoped! I bought a full set--Classic Motorcycle Jacket II, Chaps, and unlined Deerskin Gauntlets. When the first pair of gloves didn't fit right, you went ahead and mailed me a second pair.
The fit and finish of these leathers is just great. Even in 34 degree riding I'm pretty comfortable behind my bikes faring. I have heated grips that work great with the unlined gauntlets. I've been leaving the back vents open on the jacket (even in cold weather) to ventilate my back so I don't feel clammy. The vented jacket with the zip-out liner is extremely comfortable. The chaps are very well made, with large leather pieces instead of patchwork with lots of seams (like you see in so many bike shops). The hardware is first quality.
I am proud to have a full set of American-made leathers, and I am happy to recommend Fox Creek Leather to everyone who rides.

After spending over 3 weeks looking at jackets and reviewing your web pages at least 50 times, I decided to take a chance and order a jacket from you (Feb 10-04.) Should have done this 3 weeks ago...I went to every motorcycle shop and leather shop in Tucson. Ninety percent were not made in the U.S.A. and the ones that were were much to expensive, not what I wanted, and definitely not the quality of your jacket. Comfort, warmth, and good looks brought a lot of questions (02-14-04) during a poker run. Where did you get that jacket? I gladly gave your name and Web address. No one could believe the weight and quality of my jacket for the price. Thank you all so much... especially Melinda! She was so helpful and made ordering a breeze. I will be ordering chaps and globes soon, and also a tool bag.

I just want to let you know how satisfied I am with my Classic II jacket. I looked extensively for the right jacket, both online and in as many shops as I could find. After reading all the reviews posted, I decided to take the chance and order online. Let me say the style, fit and finish of the jacket are just great! I try to find as many reasons to wear the jacket, even though its mid winter and the bikes been put to bed.
I didn't think I could afford an American made leather jacket, but for little more than the price of a mall import you offer a superior product. And that little extra cost bought a whole lot of American pride! This is an investment that will return years of pleasure. Keep up the great work!

Customer service was great, I originally ordered a size 52, Classic Motorcycle Jacket II, which was not in stock and I was told to call in and talk to a service rep. She took my measurements and said a size 50 would be just right, plus it was in stock. The jacket arrived today and it fits perfect and is beautiful. It arrived on the day promised and exceeds all my expectations! The photo on the website does not do this jacket justice. I will be ordering a vest soon. Thanks for the great jacket and service....

Best Decision, 2004-01-14

The best decision I have made in a very long time was to buy the Classic Motorcycle Jacket II from Fox Creek. Bernie, from Fox Creek, went out of her way to make sure I got the correct size and jacket for my needs. It fits great, as in perfect. It fits exactly the way I told Bernie I wanted it to fit. I didn’t want a jacket that was going to fall apart in a couple of years and I also wanted one that was American made. Fox Creek had the answer. Damn this is sounding like a commercial, but it’s true. I still can’t believe how Bernie and Fox Creek went out of their way to take care of business. You want a great looking jacket that will fit perfect and deal with a company that really wants to do the right thing then get one from Fox Creek. Enough said.

Well where do I begin. First off, Fox Creek is probably one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with, either online or off. The staff here is friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. As far as I'm concerned they redefine customer service.
When my wife and I started our search for motorcycle jackets we visited many websites as well as several stores before deciding on Fox Creek. My wife picked out the fitted vented racing style but was unsure of the size because of her 5 frame but broad shoulders. After discussing this with your helpful staff via telephone we went with your size suggestion and awaited its arrival. Well, we were pleasantly surprised by not only the quality of the jacket but also the weight and fit was Perfect!
I decided on the classic II jacket and followed the size chart guidelines which didn't quite agree with my 6'2" stature. I contacted your staff, figured out my measurements and custom cut a jacket. I returned the first one without a hitch and the new one felt like I had been wearing it for years. The zippered vents make it a real nice all season jacket, too.
We now receive compliments on our Fox Creek Jackets whenever we ride and we always strongly recommend your company.
Thanks, Matt and Christine Rossano

I ordered one of these jackets for my fiance as a wedding present and she loved hers so much she ordered me one! Anyway, when I opened it up out of the box I couldn't believe how heavy the jacket was. I thought to myself I'll never wear this in 75+ degree weather. Well, needless to say it was 80 degrees outside and I took out the inner lining, unzipped the vents and jumped on my bike and went on down the road. I never got hot once. The jacket felt great, like it was tailor made for me.
The next morning I left for work. It was 52 degrees. So I zipped up the vents and left for work. The only thing that got chilled was my legs. (So I guess I'll be ordering me a pair of chaps next).
I am very happy with my purchase (and so is my fiance). Thank you Fox Creek for making such a great product.
Kevin
P.S. The support staff was extremely helpful and courteous and my order arrived quickly. Thank you again Fox Creek.

I Needed One Jacket For Changing Riding Conditions, 2003-05-09

I have been riding for 27 years. I ride mostly in California. I've been on rides in death valley, cold ocean and mountain roads, and sometimes fog and rain. I really needed one jacket for changing riding conditions. So I purchased the Classic Motorcycle Jacket II. I was skeptical about buying online. Before I buy anything, I usually like to see it, touch it, and try it on. Unfortunately, most store bought leathers I've seen are made for wearing inside the club or restaurant. I finally found the real thing from you guys at Fox Creek.
And for a fair price. Made in the USA is a big plus!
Thanks Fox Creek

Dear Sirs,
What is this world coming to? As I returned home yesterday I found a package awaiting me on my back porch. As I moved the package to the house I noted the weight of the package and began to wonder, could it be my jacket? Being much heavier than I had expected, I figured your staff must have done an excellent job packaging. Opening the box, much to my surprise, inside was nothing but the jacket.
For a year and a half now, since having my "Brooks" Jacket of 17 years stolen, I have searched from Chillicothe, OH, to Sturgis,SD. Daytona FL. to Milwaukee ,WI. for a comparable replacement only to find cheap Chinese, Indonesian or Korean or even Pakistani imitations. As you well know American made leather products are becoming increasingly hard to find, especially of this quality!
I wish to compliment your entire staff on your speedy service as well as accurate descriptions of your products "on-line". I will be contacting you in the very near future for a second jacket, as it was very hard to decide on the one model. And in the future you can count on me as a "sales representative" for your products!
Thank you again for your great service, incomparable product, and service to the American biker and our way of life!!!

I wanted to take a minute and compliment Fox Creek on the outstanding products I recently purchased. I purchased a pair of chaps and a Classic II jacket in January 2003 and I am very happy that I went with the Fox Creek products. Compared to the other vendors, the Fox Creek garments were far and away superior in materials, workmanship, and fit which overcame any pricing comparisons. I've had the opportunity to utilize the garments on several rides in my local area and while the temperatures were in the 40's with a wind chill approaching the low teens, the chaps and jacket provided the protection I was looking for. The adage "you get what you pay for" certainly applies to Fox Creek in the most positive terms.
