The Stacy Westfall Activity Ball can be used as an aid in training horses, a tool to help rider work on balance and improve seat position, and as a toy for your horse that offers hours of enjoyment. The medium sized horse training ball is perfect for riders of average height to work on their core muscles for improved balance and seat position. The circumference of this ball when inflated properly should be 93" with a height of 30". It is a great tool to use in training sessions to help desensitize horses and reduce spooking. The large sized ball is perfect for larger horses and easier for less advanced horses to control. Do not use with shank bits because it may bounce up and jar the shanks. The circumference of this ball when inflated properly should be 124" with a height of 39". Each ball includes a DVD featuring Stacy Westfall and a pump for easy inflation.
